Parking in the lot was a little tricky when there was a line for the car drive through for Teller transactions and ATM . There was a line for interior banking.. otherwise no other issues here.

Bank of America is thee WORST Financial Institution ever. I don't care what you go to do, it can NEVER be done. I made a CASH deposit into My Account and needed to do a Wire transfer to another Bank of America Account. The Teller and manager knew what I was there to do and that it was from a CASH deposit. After waiting 15mins they proceed to tell me they CAN NOT do it because the Funds won't clear till tomorrow and they don't know the source of the funds. ARE you KIDDING Me. This Bank is Not for Adults thatneed to conduct Adult Business. Use this Bank for High School Students and First Year Colleve Students.for Hiah

Meh. I visit here frequent based on location alone, but can’t help but question the rationale for archaic bank practices, or even physical branches at this point. Most recently, I came in here for three things, and they literally couldn’t do anything.Document notarization (which is a simple ID check and stamp of approval) take 15-30 minutes here, and ONLY here, because of “procedures” they allegedly have to follow. Because I didn’t have an appointment - which is ridiculous anyway...this is a bank branch, not a doctor’s office - I got an earful from the manager for that and was told they were very busy and to “come back later” even though I was literally the only customer in the branch. (Fast forward 20 minutes, I was in and out of the Citibank across the street in less than 3 minutes with the notarization).Next, I wanted to close a Merrill account, something I would have figured the guy at the Merrill desk should be able to do...nope. I had to call another number. While I was in the branch, I was curious about a “foreign transaction fee” on one of my BofA credit cards, but as you probably guessed, they were useless yet again. Finally, when depositing via teller, why is a paper slip with full name, address, city, state, ZIP, and phone number necessary when a card swipe does all that for you (and not to mention, the ATM doesn’t request same)? This is part a knock at the holier than thou attitude of the managers that work here, but also part feedback towards bank practices that are long overdue to be modernized. Final thought: if the branch is supposed to be the walk-in friendly, client facing side of the business, equip the staff with the training and tools to, you know, actually do stuff...

I need to speak to a PERSON. The PPP application portal keeps nonsensically rejecting my application and asking for updated documents. For example, my license, which was already uploaded within the correct parameters. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or email for weeks. It's been sent back to me at least a dozen times since late January. Bank of America seems to be purposefully preventing their customers from accessing PPP funds. I was told I'd hear back from my assigned point of contact in January but still haven't. What is going on?

VERY VERY rude staff, whenever I go in. I am sick and tired of these tellers, especially Elizabeth always giving me an attitude. This location needs new people, the location in North Merrick by the train station has very polite tellers.

i agree with natalie's comments below. suggest don't even go to this location. arrogant and rude banker. they ignore you, do not greet you. i waited exactly 57 mins to notarize a doc in the end i did not even get the service and found another location that did the notarize in 1 mins. the guy sitting at home loans sign, his name might be matt (heard a teller calling his name) - worst banker ever in any bank of America branch. arrogant and rude!

Great bank if your want your FDIC insured, direct deposits, frozen, for no reason. Oh, and guess what, when the bank is closed you can't get any money out. So I'm screwed, was on hold for an hour to hear the same, and the people in the bank couldn't do anything either. This is grounds for me to bank elsewhere. No need for this.
