Same old, SAME OLD;...This time around: just with a new owner, new look; but, same drawbacks, issues, problems; plus w/: all of their many, own: problematic areas, concerns, errors, mistakes, misunderstandings, troubles, handicaps, failings; bad supply chains; bad biz practices; tacked-on fake card fees: phony: "good-deals"; ->poor customer service; internal company related, personal issues becoming: the public's issues; ->LOW inventories; >>RARELY: replenished; nor: re-ordered stock!!!; lack of adequate customer traffic numbers; dwindling; &, very sparse item selections; NO public restrooms; unsafe sales floor; inadequate receipting; rarely present ownership; unaccountable ownership; inattentive staff; buyer rushings by nasty sales register counter cashiers; mean, rude, arrogant, haughty staff; inadequate; &, insufficient: refund-return-credit-exchange policies; inconsistent pricings; vastly too much junk inventory; including: leaky ballons; cardboard belts; &, shady tools; &, far too few valuable items; not uncommon overpricings; &, worthless, very low quality; poor quality; or, shoddy merchandise; &, insufficently informed worker's store knowledge-bases; staffing/personnel issues: understaffing; short staffing; illiterate staffing; non-English speaking only staffing; non-US citizen only staffing; &, poor management hamperings; customer holding-backs; NO CUSTOMER SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS; owner/staff: multi-aggressions; &, assorted other severe limitations; plus: many disappointments; &, letdowns; along w/: a, few, additional detractions, too; like: ->always >repetitive inventory; that is NEVER fully restocked throughout this smallish store; &, is confusingly, constantly reshuffled in its' on-sales floor locations; exploitive card usage transational fees; ->Etc.; all of which have been true, since the period when it "grand-reopened" quite some time ago.Bottom Line: ever-ongoing: ups; &, mostly downs; always very inconsistent experiences in here; and, it's ->NOT SO AMAZING AT ALL!![EDIT-Add-On-Fri.-03/01/24]: Finally they did inventory restocking; ->BUT, WITH ALL OF THE EXACT SAME -->>LOW-QUALITY, LOW-GRADE, POOR SELECTIONS, OF OVERCRAMPED, OVER-STUFFED, LOW-VALUE, HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE, LOW-NECESSITY ITEMS!].A. - [Up-Dated: Sat.-10/15/23.].

Don’t buy big $11 number balloons. Didn’t even get two days before one of the two balloons was deflated. I’ve NEVER had a Mylar balloon only last two days....NEVER. And they didn’t Ofer to refill it or anything. Won’t be shopping there. Bad customer service

They are very convenient... Being walking distance from home... It's like most other 99¢ stores... Filled with stuff that you may not ordinarily need but you know where to go is you do... The of thing is that I bought a done things and each one was$1.49... not 99¢
