For years the store owner has been overly rude, aggressive, and quick to anger. Prices are always jacked up and the owner will actively try to overcharge you and will become aggressive if you fight back.
Genuinely one of the most degenerate people i’ve met, deciding to end free slurpee day 2 HOURS early, despite every other 7-11 in the surrounding area ending at the normal time (7 PM). If i were you, i would NEVER go here.

Owner/employee is always rude and impatient with the customers. They DO NOT accept coupons/specials on the app and you don’t know it until you go to checkout. Their iced coffee tastes stale and sour, like it has never been changed, nasty! The only good thing is the hot coffee taste but I’d rather go to the other 3 7-11 locations close by who DO accept my app/specials and appreciate my business.

Just went there to buy coffee. I took 2 small cups, was going to pay with Gpay/wallet (from Android) and it did not work, I tried many times (needed that coffee so much) and still phone was showing ✔️ but at the cashier it was errorSo the man started yelling at me that I am obligated to have cash or card with me, "what are we going to do with this?? It is going to be waste!! We are losing money!I was trying to explain that I am not happy about that nether, he kept screamingAnd if 7-Eleven is going to charge him for that coffee it is not fair too, maybe that is why he got sooo mad

I came in to refill my 7/11 purchased soda cup. Cashier overcharged me. I told him that was incorrect. He said he right. I told him to scan my cup. He refused. I told him to go look at the posted sign. He refused. Then the guy says to me... I do not want to fight with you because you are a woman... so he went back and came out with a female employee. She walked over to the beverage dispenser and actually BROKE the piece with the prices off the sign! Rude and obnoxious would only begin to describe them...

Don’t advertise to be a 711 of 24/7 open hours if you are going to lock your doors with a worker who has air pods in and ignores you knocking. Post a sign or something. Will be forwarding this experience to corporate. Usually good, friendly and accommodating. Post a sign. Or train your employees. Not coming here again.

I'm a regular customer, wanted to use restroom and buy hotdog, they said no bathroom for customers, but they let a woman go before me without even buying anything.

Purchased one small coffee along with a few other beverages and wanted to use rewards for the coffee. He scanned my rewards twice and then proceeded to charge me for another coffee and take my money before I had the chance to speak. I called him out on the overcharged and he became irate and started to raise his voice and insisted that he didn’t overcharge me even though it was clear on the receipt. He refused to refund the overcharge and became increasingly more aggressive. I contacted corporate over the overcharge but by the reviews I can see I’m not the only person they try to rip off.

I am in this store regularly, I bought 2 gallons of milk at 9:45pm on 11/28 I checked the date on it which was 12/5. I have seen out dated milk there before so I always check. There was one form 11/24 on the shelf which I left there. The milk was bad. I went back at 8:15am on 11/29 to return it, the cashier was disrespectful, and obnoxious. He put me on the phone with the "manager", who basically said if the date was good the milk was good, and refused to return my money. I walked out and called corporate from my car. I will not be spending another cent there. If you shop there don't buy anything you might need to return.
