The lady working there is extremely rude always yelling at customers and the stocking guy. He is such a nice guy. Hate to see anyone lose their job but management needs to have a serious talk with her. As a customer that goes there every day during the morning hours it's not a good start to the day.

WOW CAN SOMEONE HAVE THIS LADY ANTONIA REMOVED from this location ?! I go every day with my kids. The guy who works there is an absolute sweetheart. I get the same thing every day. I fill up my bottle of water, which is free and I get a pack of cookies. Today all of a sudden she decides to charge me for two drink refills. I ask why? She then proceeds to tell me she watched me fill up the water bottles for my three-year-olds with soda. The water bottles were clear. I poured it out right in front of her and she still accused me that the liquid was not water! Horrible attitude on this lady plus nasty and she loves to call everybody else stupid. WHERE IS OWNERSHIP?!?!

The cashier is a ripping some people off. Everyone makes a purchase and everytime I go to grab a coffee at $2.49 and you give him any other dollar amount he will short you that penny. I have been avoiding this from now on because at the end of the day the store would make more than $50.00 extra per day.

I and my associate go there atleast 2 times a day for coffee as we work across the street. This lady Antonia with the AirPods (by the way, she has been mentioned in not so positive reviews before) has been showing us attitude for months. She topped herself today. There was a Hispanic guy buying coffee in front of me and she came from the back to service him. As soon as he was done paying and I stepped up to the register, she demonstratively turned and walked away and leaned on a wall about 10 feet away while grabbing her phone. I asked her why she walked away if there is a customer at the register but she totally ignored. I asked again, same result. Another worker quickly serviced me and apologized for her while she didnt even lift her face.You hate your job....quit. This is obviously beneath you.

I went in to purchase water, and four black and milds, and the lady Antonia could not hear me say any of what I requested multiple times so when I told her to take the AirPods out of her ear, she told me she did not care its not my problem it’s her problem and she be came agitated as if I did something wrong. She called me stupid and started making statements on my race. I am a black Hispanic man. I walk out the store. I also reported her to corporate. Apparently she does not get paid enough.

We have gone to this store many time and usually have no problem but Friday I took my son in for a slurpee. They only offered 1 size cup. There were no more slurpee straws or tops. As well, 3 of the flavors didn't have labels. I asked the employee to come over and help us decipher what was what. He seemed to make up flavors and offered no help.

They scanned my app the other day where it clearly said I had 1 free coffee since your 7th cup is free. Then told me I had to pay and that the "next" one is free. Total BS.the next day the app reset and I have to buy 6 more to get the 7th free. I questioned it and they charged me. Can't a customer get a lousy cup of coffee for free ? After all I earned it. Shame on them.

There are many 7/11's in our area. This is my go to store. The staff is always nice. The shelves are stocked. The store is neat and clean. Thank you for being consistently better than the others!
