Wonderful community based grocery store. The store is always clean and well stocked with all your needs. Prices are in line with other local stores of much larger size. The staff in the deli / bakery / and prepared foods is always very helpful and great at making some dinner selections. The store has added a few self-checkout line which is fantastic and showing that they want to be in tune with the changes in our shopping needs.

Cashier and manager were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Store was spotlessly clean and bright. Easy to navigate and had a nice variety.

The lack of customer service at the checkout aisles is disgraceful. Market customers spend thousands of dollars a year. Your customers do not work at Mendows Market Place, therefore forcing self checkout is unacceptable!!!!!!

Mendon Marketplace in Mendon has absolutely the best chicken cutlets my husband and I have ever tasted. They are fresh, sweet tasting and fairly priced. We buy the thick cut ones and cut them in half. Always buy a number of packets, slice and place in the freezer. We do not generally eat "meat" so these are a mainstay in our diet.

This is the second time I've purchased raw chicken from this store and opened it to the smell of rotting meat. Absolutely disgusting!
