About two years ago we started renovating a home we bought in Canandaigua New York. The home was built in 1947, so you can imagine everywhere we turned; there were problems. We decided to bring it all the way down to the studs and completely rebuild the inside. We were lucky enough to find an excellent contractor William McMahon. When we got to the cabinets Bill introduced us to Melissa Carletta from Kitchen Express II, LLC which he had worked with on numerous projects. With her personal involvement and attention to detail we couldn't have ask for a better person; she was a God sent. Drawings were thorough and presented in easy to see drawings and a 3D format. know mind you; we were doing all of this from 1800 miles away and I have OCD.I can't say enough good things about Melissa. She is a very creative & talented visionary with a passion for her work! She listened very carefully to the vision we had for our space, learned our needs and personalities and was willing to make changes to the design throughout the process until we felt it was the perfect solution!Melissa redesigned our kitchen, bathrooms, and washroom in a way I never could have imagined. Not a week goes by that my wife doesn't tell me how much she loves all of our cabinets. I would encourage anyone to touch base with Melissa at Kitchen Express II and see how she can improve your living space immediatelv. Also, have her send you some of the designs she made to our home. You will be amazed.

If you are considering a kitchen remodel, I would highly recommend Melissa at Kitchen Express in Mendon, NY. Over several months, I collected many, many Pinterest pictures, but I no idea how to make those dreams a reality. She listened carefully and drew up several plans; one of which became a reality for us. She recommended a contractor we loved. Her responses to my questions were timely and thoughtful. She shared willingly with her time and expertise. We are thrilled with the finished product.

We worked with Melissa from Kitchen Express II and our own contractor, Ed Povero to completely redesign our master bath. Melissa took the time to really understand what we wanted, and then worked with us to ensure that we were happy with the design and understood every aspect. She explained the impact of our decisions to ensure we'd be happy with the final product. Our master bathroom is gorgeous and just what we wanted! Melissa's design and guidance were top notch! The team at Kitchen Express made for a great experience. Bobby, Tom, and Brian did a very nice job working together on my project from start to finish. The install team of Mark and Rob are the best at precision workmanship. Dave (owner) also is hands on and is true to his word. This family run business is worth a call if you have a project, big or small. I have used their services on two occasions now and would not hesitate to call them again.

Our experience with Dave at Kitchen Express II was positive from start to finish. The entire staff was professional and knowledgable throughout the whole process. We built a new house and they guided us every step of the way. Dave was very patient with our questions and design ideas and truly helped us with our dream home. I felt he listened to us and understood what we were looking for. He was also considerate of our budget and offered suggestions accordingly. We were at the store on numerous occasions and he spent as much time with us as we needed. Two years later we finished our basement area and without hesitation consulted Dave on doing the bathroom. Kitchen Express has done two kitchen, three bathrooms, one custom gun cabinet display and custom counters for my business. I could not be happier with their products and professional knowledge. First kitchen was approximately 15 years ago and still get compliments on quality and design layout. I do not recommend a business unless I am confident in their ability to go above and beyond, which Kitchen Express has done on every one of my "projects"!

Dave and his staff are absolutely amazing! Dave was so helpful, patient, thought of every detail that you could possibly want in your home and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Kitchen Express II in Mendon, NY is the best place in the whole Rochester, NY area to get top quality kitchen outfitting material, and to get a first-class kitchen remodel done. The owners, the Allertons, are honest and conscientious people who run an impressive business. Dave (store owner) carefully designed a kitchen for our very large and challenging space. We feel that Dave listened very attentively to our expressed desires and came up with a great plan. We had a hard time trying to form our own ideas because the house is very out of the ordinary and difficult to harmonize. We liked Dave's design, and we also went with his recommendation for the contractor to manage our project. The cabinetry (Candlelight Co.) was reasonably priced and we feel it is not-at-all inferior to anything else out there. The countertops were perfect. The whole job was followed through as promised. We truly believe that we could have spent twice as much money and not have done better. Thanks Dave, Mark, and all of your team!

I bought kitchen cabinets at Kitchen express. I was unhappy with the quality from the start. They did not stand by their product at all. I have chipping and cracking on several cupboard doors. Reach out to them several times but got no help or resolution. Now I am faced with hiring someone else to sand and repaint my cabinets.A very costly mistake patronizing that establishment.
