“I stopped at the Monroe Ave location today on 03/21/2024 to replace a battery in my elderly uncle's watch that he loves. It was not an easy case to open. They did it in under 10 minutes while I waited, and since I had brought a battery, they did not charge me anything. I did give them a minor tip and was VERY grateful for their kindness and expertise. I am saddened that I did not get the young lady's who waited on me or the lady who was their watch expert. 100% great start to my day.”

“We got my engagement and wedding bands here. We had gone to 3 other stores before we went to Zales looking at engagement rings. When I saw the ring in the display I wasn't sure if I like it. The lady helping us told me to try it on since rings can look different on. As soon as I put the engagement ring on I knew it was the one! She also helped us find wedding bands to match the ring. I ended up getting two bands to go on either side of the ring and then sautered all of the rings together. Everyone is always so helpful and kind at the store!”
“One World Goods is just awesome. It probably helps that I gift coffee to three different people regularly, and wool socks are like fine wine to me, but the vibe here is just very relaxed. The quality of the merchandise is marvelous , including some wool dye I haven't seen anywhere else. I go here every year for gifts, but poke my head in from time to time for fun. Coffee club is a neat feature I'd use if I lived a wee bit closer.”
