The office is closed and the storage units are issued by the 125 Broadway location. They raised my price by $10 after the second month but otherwise, great service and getting a card to enter after hours was really helpful.

Staff is very polite and caring. The fact that they provide you with a key fob quicker to open and close the gate while the business is closed is something I've never heard of. That being said I think they go above and beyond to accommodate their rentals.
