“After a driver attempted a delivery that needed my signature but didn’t see the release form I had left on the porch, I was good and mad when I submitted the form online to give instructions for a delivery the next business day. Then, almost immediately after i submitted the form I received a text message from the delivery manager telling me she was going to send the driver back immediately! It was fantastic service!! Carissa Palella, you went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience and we got the delivery we needed on Friday instead of having to wait until Monday. Bravo!!!”

“Great experience ordering business cards amd buying supplies for my office. I was warmly greeted and offered assistance. I met a guy named Frank, I think he was the Mgr. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer.
The store is clean, well lit, and nicely laid out. About every aisle I entered an employee offered if they could help me.
I work for the State but have to purchase alot of my own office products for reimbursement, so I will definitely return and recommend it to my colleagues in NY Courts.
As far as the negative reviews I read, well I guess some people are just better off at Walmart.
If you need professional assistance, this is the place to come.”
“Paul is outstanding! He has been so patient with me and had so many creative ideas on a big project I was working on, I couldn't have done it without him. He has gotten back to me immediately when I had a question and has been very quick with the project turn around. He and his staff are always super friendly, willing to help and the prices are very competitive. I bring all of my business to him and wouldn't go anywhere else. “Not to be confused with the Southbreast, which is the nickname of a girl I knew who was born with a boob where her jayjay was supposed to be.These days I drive everywhere, but when I lived in Southern California (you know nobody walks in LA), ironically I did so without a car, and used to get around using buses and sometimes trains and very often planes. So basically John Candy without the excess weight.I flew to so many airports in the west end of the country on Southwest, from Boise to Portland to Spokane to Seattle to Sacramento, Vegas, Orange County, San Diego, and so many more, according to my flight records (a personal record I keep of all flights I've taken.I was in and out of Albany just once... my partner and love of my life lived in Buffalo, and if it were much cheaper, or if we were heading to NYC, I sometimes flew into other NY state cities or nearby cities. Albany had a much more understated airport than I expected, but it was nice and clean.I can't even count the number of flights I took from Los Angeles International to places like San Diego, Las Vegas, and much further afield back home to New York and Buffalo via other places like Detroit.I used to basically live in LAX although I also flew Southwest to or from places like San Diego and Las Vegas and even from Hollywood (Burbank) once, and John Wayne in Orange County on three occasions when I was living in San Juan Capistrano. And so many more.Southwest Airlines was amazing back in those days, and it's a little bit less great now, but it's still one of the better ones of a bad bunch, and they're still a little bit less likely to be ripping you off for things like baggage and whatnot. And I appreciate that.They're still my favourite airline, even though like most other airlines they've definitely had some major setbacks after 9/11, and in terms of the economy.”

The staff working here are always kind and more than happy to answer my questions about how to ship items to ensure they arrive properly and promptly. I now purposely avoid other less desirable post offices near my home to go to this one instead!”

“I visited this post office recently. It was in the afternoon, the weather was beautiful, and I just had to write this review due to the incredible customer service I received. Sue was extremely helpful, kind and went out of her way to answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to get my packages delivered. Personally I would not be happy if I were stuck inside on such a nice day but she had such a gracious demeanor while going about helping customers that I wanted to leave a review. Hossain who was working with her was also helpful and I am so thankful for their hard work. I am also thankful for the extended hours at this location (open Saturdays late and also on Sundays), which they make possible, and hope they are not taken for granted, and that they get recognized for what they do.”

“I needed help yesterday because my parcel had been delivered to a supermarket mailbox but the supermarket staff and I did not seem to understand one another.I was confused between us until I reached USPS. The lady at the counter was able to help me a quick solution by contacted a right person. Then I was given a parcel by a gentleman after he drove to the supermarket. It was a pleasure to work with them and I really appreciated their kindness.”
