This is a lovely community to live in! The office is very responsive and respectful of residents and their needs. There is garbage pick up in each of the 55 buildings, 6 days per week. The complexes are shoveled and plowed in their entirety around the clock during snow storms, to ensure tenant safety and also allow us to get out in time to leave for work, whatever time of day that may be. I have brought up some observations regarding pet safety and wildlife feeding and each were addressed promptly and discreetly. The office staff is so pleasant and professional. They are courteous when discussing tenant issues and make you feel valued as a tenant yourself. They take great pride in apartment maintenance, common area cleanliness, wonderful flowers and blooming trees and manicured bushes in the springtime, and clean pool areas in the summer time. I cannot express how pleasant of an experience this has been for me for the last few years.

Park Hill Lane is the worst place to live, the management is so rude and disrespectful especially when they see or hear a black person on the phone. They pre judge you and steal your security deposits. They will not provide you with any receipts, yet claim that they change appliances.Next time I come on here, I will call their names!

I walked into the leasing office & the woman in the leasing office was pre judging my situation. She asked where I’m currently leasing from and I told her I still live at home. She then made sure to tell me that if I had a different address pull from my background check it would be a problem. This is all after I mentioned a HUD voucher/section 8.People are truly struggling right now to find places to live. This was a terrible way to treat a potential tenant. You should not be discriminating against those with hud vouchers and pre judging them.I could have done the very same and pre judged you or how worn down the apartment complex looked.Housing Discrimination 101

tenants have complained to the rental office about tenants in the building smoking weed and irritating people’s lungs. Office doesn’t take it seriously. The whole building as well as the laundry area and storage area smells like weed. This is dangerous to pregnant women, children, people with asthma or copd. It can also cause permanent lung damage to non smokers due to second hand smoke. As well as cause damage to eyes. The stench sticks to clothes and furniture/walls. Your eyes and lungs will burn to the point you lose sleep. It’s not safe to live here. Other users here who gave negative ratings of this place are spot on. I’m strictly speaking of Park Lane buildings.

Beware! Thieves live here. Never had a problem in the 2 years I lived here. Until new neighbors move here and all of sudden my packages turn up missing. I don’t feel safe here any longer. They don’t do anything about it. No cameras nothing. So I suffer from emotional distress until I can move.

One of the worst places to live. High rent for mediocre amenities. And they make sure to eat your deposit in some way when to leave.Stay away from this place.

Wonderful 4 years living at Park Lane. Clean, safe, convenient and comfortable. Excellent amenities and maintenance support for the price! Particularly impressed with the responsiveness to maintenance requests, very punctual and streamlined.

Wildly unprofessional staff and beaten down apartments. Drove 3 hours to get a tour of a 1 bedroom that had rusty balconies that are slanting forward, and the girl giving the tour was silent scrolling on her phone the entire time and anytime we had questions she was rude. AND they lie about the requirements. Total waste of time and WAY overpriced for the quality of the apartments.

Wonderful property management. Clean, safe, reliable community. Tennis courts and pool are nice amenities for the price as well.

**ZERO STARS** DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Cockroach problem in ALL buildings! Staff does not care and doesn’t seem interested in fixing the problem. Moved in and moved right back out. Awful experience and way overpriced! You can do better than this!

Do you like spiders in every room? How about the occasional mouse? Or constant noise coming from 2 floors above you? Terrible parking that’s not managed at all? Staff that’s never in the office or never answers the phone? Tiny apartments for a ridiculous price (that’s only increasing by the year)? Closet doors that don’t open? Tiny kitchens? Pools that aren’t regulated by the health department and are never open? A gym that is also never open? 2 washers and 2 dryers for 12 apartments that barely work? One water heater for a whole building? Then this is the place for you! They have wonderful air conditioners if that’s any consolation.

Zero stars. I had stayed both in Park lane and Park hill .Rent is too high for Park Hill apartments. The carpet /quality of appliances(including common area washer / dryer) is very poor. They were changing rules every 6 months related to rental policies/pets etc. The management sucks. On top of it, the mouse/roach issue is too complex to handle. Do remember that these are very very old buildings. If someone in the apartments above or next to you does play any music or walks a little fastly you will hear it . Parking is hard to find and that too in winter it is a nightmare .

***ZERO STARS*** DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT. These apartments (both Park Hill and Park Lane) are not good. The Appliances are very old. The AC/Heater installed in all apartments are outdated and too noisy. You will come to know about it when the utility bill comes. Lots of Ants and Roaches. There are only common area Washers / Dryers and they will get repaired very frequently.Even when fully functional it will not dry the clothes in a single round. Kitchen Sink clogs every 2 month. The Carpets are too old in many of the apartments and the management always comes up with a reason for not changing it.RENT IS EXORBITANT for the quality of the apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, there are better options out there. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.
