I've been with this agency for about two and a half years now, and they've always been very pleasant and easy to deal with. This morning, Marco walked me step-by-step through a number of changes to my policy, and in the end managed to cut my monthly rate by nearly a third. Very highly recommended.

Best customer service in upstate NY. Anytime I have a question regarding my State Fam policy, these folks literally drop what they are doing and are very attentive to my questions. If your looking for a Responsible and Responsive agent then look no further.

I rarely, never give reviews, let alone 5 stars. This particular insurance agency with Marco,David, and Harnet Tesfai are incredible, helping me after several accidents, finding me bill reduction classes, and safe driving discount set up instructions. With bill reninders every single time im late, with 0, YES ZERO!!! LATE FEES. Are keeping me on track with other priorities. Highly recommended just for the costumer service. THANK YOU FELLAS. For all you do for me.

I called yesterday to receive a quote and Na'Khi was super sweet and helpful through the entire process. Even though I was unable to obtain the policy through the company for other reasons he was the only one (I called many many companies) who directed me to where I could get insurance with my car type and age and as someone who relies on being able to get around he did his big one and I'm more than appreciative!!! Definitely recommended!

Nakhi and David are great people to work with over there at State Farm. They helped me get many discounts by bundling my three vehicles and my house together. I Definitely would recommend using this insurance agency for all my future stuff and will recommend them to just about anyone!!
