“I went to the store yesterday for the first time. I'm new here. When I walked in, I saw the fresh fruits and vegetables. Then, when I went to the dairy section, I found Mexican products, which was amazing. They had a whole separate section for Mexican items with lots of spices, cookies, drinks, sauces, and more, including frozen goods. I ordered fresh lamb and goat from the meat section. Overall, the store is good. I recommend it.”

1275 Central Ave, Albany“Very clean place and nice staff! Prices were affordable as well. I’ve been to a couple south Asian grocery shops that weren’t well maintained so this took me by surprise!”
“Amazing experience! The price is great compare to other farms, the berries are small but that’s what natural strawberries supposed to be! Made a cake out off it? so far my husband’s favorite”

106 S Pearl St, Albany“I like this grocery. They’ve got good frozen dishes, for eating later. I’ve yet to taste the food fresh from the kitchen. If it tastes like the “frozen-eat-later” items, I know it will be worth the money. I hope they’re able to grow and stick around. It’s a better use of the building than the old McD’s.”

662 Hoosick Rd, Troy“Aldi's seems like a nice store.it was very clean n the employees were very friendly.their prices r very affordable can't get any better.they also offer online delivery n order online for pickup,I don't like that u have to pay for the bags.like c'mon everything else is expensive n now we to pay for bags but other than that I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for great prices n great value.”

1885 Central Ave, Colonie“Just recently started visiting this very unique market. I feel like I will go no place else for my produce but here all you need to do is visit once and you will be stunned. If you know what prices should be in a grocery store then you will think that there is a mistake my boys all are on such a healthy kick right now that I’m having to buy tons of fruits and vegetables and not only are they the lowest prices they’re the freshest best tasting I love it here!!! there’s locations all over. I also go to the one on Central Avenue when I leave work in the afternoon. Keep it up Aldi !!! Yell at me for calling it ALDIS with an S when they say it’s Aldi so someone please tell me the right way to say it…”
“We got the year's best corn here. But Hoffay's charges $9.50 for a single watermelon. (Good luck moving those watermelons this summer.) I usually buy bales of hay at this place. The hay (unlike most of the produce) is reasonably priced.”
“This new location is an improvement over their former location. Prices are pantry items are incredible. Produce items are less but be careful. Bananas are usually with brown spots, grapes are often out of stock. Meat is another item I avoid. 93% lean ground beef cooked down about 25%. Don't forget to bring a refundable quarter for the shopping cart. The store isn't kept up the same way as most supermarkets. Empty boxes remain on the shelf and you may need to remove empty boxes out of you way. Items on the shelves aren't faced making your search a bit more challenging. This seems to be a cross between the wholesale clubs like Costco mixed in with a dollar store. If you are on a tight budget this is a great place to shop.”
“Everyone I interacted with was helpful, personable, and went out of their way to be flexible to meet my requests. Better people, products and service do not exist.”
“The corn!!!! We went there today and I picked 6 of the fattest ears I could find. We picked up potatoes peppers squash zucchini yellow apples and we'll for 40 bucks we got a huge deal oops I almost forgot we also got two pounds of stew beef. We will be of course making something delicious this week with all the goodies. But tonight....tonight we chose to cook up some of that corn and let me tell you what.....hands down some of the most delicious corn I've had in awhile. We boiled them up in some salted water and slathered them with some salted butter and a bother generous sprinkle of salt and VOILA! Masterpiece. Do not hesitate to go have a shop and enjoy it before Summer is gone .”
