Went in to grab a few things with my family. The two ladies that were there refused for my 6 year old daughter to use the bathroom and myself because it was employees only!! While the other bathroom for customers are out of order. How convenient. The lady got nasty saying we can’t use it a paying customer. I grabbed my kids and used the Stewart’s bathroom instead. I will never buy anything from this store again. I will continue telling everyone to not go to this store at all. Rude employees and not processional. Don’t come to this store at all!!

Very poor Family Dollar. I'd be ashamed if this was on of my stores. HUGE pothole as you enter the parking lot. Eighteen-wheeler taking up half the parking lot. Trash everywhere. And the inside of the store - looked like a tornado touched down inside the store. What a mess. And two (allegedly) employees (no uniform, no tag) were behind the counter(s) on their phones. One was also talking to a girl that had been riding her Razor Scooter throughout the store. Will never go to that location ever again. ????

This is the absolute worst family dollar I have EVER been to with the absolute WORST customer service. Walked in and the worker for Family Dollar was on there personal cell phone. My partner and I asked if he knew where something was and he acted as if ‘forbid we interrupt his personal call’. He gave an idle number (wrong one), then yelled another isle. O asked him instead of yelling the isles if he could show us, he then made an extreamly inappropriate comment, which could have been taken as a threat (with vulgarity). This location is a disgrace to the Dollar Tree name. Would give one start if I could.

I was followed inside the store and the staff at this location made me feel so safe.. I'm near tears attempting to formulate the words how Stephanie and her team allowed me to quickly feel safe.. I would love for her to be acknowledged and compensated a gift card from corporate for her bravery. This is exactly how a community stands firm in providing quality customer service!

Prices are never right they have a sticker on the cooler for pepsi crush and Mt dew 2 for $3.50 got charge $2.00 a piece so I guess they charge whatever they want

I just came out at your store In Menands I've shopped at a lot of family Dollars and I got to say that store is the cleanest most organized store I've ever been in any employees are super nice and willing to help you very good experience shopping

The store is always a little messy but I think that's just because they are very well stocked and I believe the customers make that mess but the people who work there are extremely helpful and friendly of course the prices are great to Fair and I highly recommend shopping there me and my family shop their frequently and they earned my five stars there's one particular lady an older lady with long hair hair and glasses she's extremely nice and the most helpful out of all of them she informed me about the app which I didn't know about until she told me and love it and I love her she deserves a raise she works nights everyone should go see her

Stores seems to be going down hill.It definitely has 4 plus workers at any given time i mean i wouldnt Quite classified them as actual "workers" shelves stay unsticked noone is knowledgeable of what is in store but if your curious of any personal info about the "workers " like child support,relationship situations etc.. now thats easy to find out from the chatter if thats why you shop that location SMH
