This is a great option the very busy post office in the village of Baldwinsville. The woman working there (post master?) is super nice. When I came to get stamps for Christmas cards, she helped me stamp them because I had so many. Small gestures like that make a huge difference for me. Thank you for such great service!

I have been waiting over a week and a half for my marriage license to arrive to my house, only for the city to call me and tell me that the post office returned it back to them, marked as undeliverable. I asked them to read back my address, and it was correct. This makes absolutely no sense - letters and packages get delivered to my residence all the time. Would love an explanation for this.

So disappointing. The staff at this post office are NOT friendly at all. Very short and rude. They close earlier than the hours say on their door. Today I had to drop off a package. I was there at 11am.. the post office staff walking into the building saw me getting my packages together. I went to the door and it was locked. The time was 1108. They close at 1115. It's just rude. She saw I was going to be coming in. And it wasn't time to close. This is just one example of many when they are substandard and there is NO customer service. I hate to complain about businesses but this one could use some new employees. I'd rather drive all the way into bville or fairmount then go to this post office, and it's right down the road from me.

Very new building. They have staggered hours. I think once they close for lunch they do not open for a few hours. Only open till 11am on Sat.

I don't normally complain...but I stopped at the post office on a Saturday morning around 8:45am to mail a postage paid package. The window doesn't open until 9am as I was told to come back at 9. Really...You couldn't do a nice thing for a customer and just take my package...you were there working already. Kindness goes a long way!
