“I came into UPS with an Amazon return and no knowledge of the process. Izzy was amazing. She immediately said , “I can walk you through this, it is easy.” It is a different language for me and I was nervous, but she persevered doing most of the steps herself. The entire time she was helping me there was a steady stream of customers who were totally prepared. She greeted each person, helped them immediately while still helping me. “I read the reviews before going to this post office and they were terrible. The location is convenient, so I ventured in. The attendant was very personable and got my package on its way in no time. Honestly, service could not have been better! Don't believe everything you read, there are trolls out there just posting poor reviews as sport!”
“Edit: Cassie was great and super helpful. She truly cares about her job and making a good name for the Post Office, more people should be like herI went to get my passport during the hours that are posted on the usps website. I was then told the walk in hours are different which were only posted on a small sign inside the post office. The woman who told me this was less than accommodating and told me I would have to make an appointment (which does not work on the website) or come back during walk in hours another time. The funny thing is that there was not other customers in the post office at the time. They could have easily fit me in as there was no one else waiting for any other service there.”
