Where to start? Decided to buy new phone at Wireless Place since it worked out to be a few dollars cheaper than buying here in Canada and I was not in a hurry. But that was a huge mistake! After making the purchase I received email that item was out of stock and they wanted to give me a different color. I asked if they will get more stock and WP agreed if I wait another week. After a week I e-mailed them to ask if they would send it. The first response was yes they got stock and its only $320, but I already paid for it. I replied with email that I already paid and then I received an email from UPS 30 min later that I need to pay them another $120 on top of the $50 shipping I already paid! I emailed WP to stop the order but WP told me it was already shipped and duties was not part of shipping (I calculated duties to be $27). I then found out that UPS also asked $80 "brokerage" fees! So now I already had to pay $170 shipping for a $300 phone! That’s almost 60% of the item I bought. Now I just had to wait for shipping. 3 days later my neighbor brought a sticky to me since UPS apparently wanted to leave my package at their home but they were not at home. I was waiting at my house. So now I had to drive to a drop off location UPS use. I drove there the next day and yes, my package was not dropped off at drop off yet! So I waiter another few days and tried again. Finally got the overpriced package almost 3 weeks later. Definitely one of the worst if not the worst buying experience of my life. I understand that UPS is much to blame, but this is the people Wireless Place trust with their shipping so ultimately their fault. Any other shipping company like the post office or a man on a bicycle would be a better option than UPS. Wireless should at least provide other options!

Besides my inability to choose a specific phone model, this place is very quick to get items shipped and to you. And prices are fairly cheaper than most other places. Would recommend to others

Don't buy here, bought a brand new moto g 41 and have had nothing but problems with it from the beginning. It is disappointing because I really like the phone.

Bought an Xiaomi phone, the phone was defective. Tried to get my money back and seller refuse to give me my money. Sent the phone through the mail and contacted my bank and they made a chargeback on them. If they refuse to help you and you pay by card just call your bank and they will get your money back.

Bought a OnePlus 10pro, the unit I received is Chinese only version not an international version, which is not compatible with carriers in US, namely Tmobile. These devices can not be optimized for use in US, you will be having networking issues, no support for 5g high speed bands etc. Here's the weird part, my device according to the manufacturer, has a specific hw version NE2210, apparently somewhere along the line it received a different Rom to ne2215_11. Manufacturer will not honor any warranty on this device. These guys, or their suppliers are taking advantage of lower prices in China, slapping a Rom on the devices and selling them here, without consideration that the radio firmwares are different.Store will not work with me.I would not order anything from this place. Highly disappointed.

Bought a Samsung A53 phone in March 2022. After several months of use, my phone is no longer able to receive or make calls. I have asked my carrier for assistance and they were able to check things on their end. I was told not a carrier issue. I have asked Wireless Place for assistance and was not able to get any. I would be very weary of purchasing a phone at this place.

I bought my first Xiaomi on Amazon to just test it out. However, not many Xiaomi phones are sold in the USA. Wireless Place has a full selection of Xiaomi. It looks like they're one of the few importing them to the USA and have great reviews both here and on Amazon. I contacted them to ask about a used phone, they didn't have it, but for a pretty similar price had others brand new. After emailing them, Bruce called me and text me. That was nice! I didn't take the call because I thought it was an "extended warranty" call, of course, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was the place that I just reached out to. Nice! I think I need to return or sell this Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC and pickup one of the flagship Xiaomi from Wireless Place because this phone is incredible and well worth investing more into.

WirelessPlace offered the best price for this F3 International version in comparison to other stores. To be honest, since it was my first purchase I was a little nervous to buy online. But, I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. Received my order within 2-days after the order was confirmed and it even came included with a charger adapter.
