Several ex-account holders confused/disappointed in this Wells Fargo & our ex-advisor ZORAN.No return-call or email-reply on time-critical acct issues and questions about illegal concerns after 4 days. Advisor quickly told me he would call me back, but then no response nor reply to my email (ever) asking to speak ASAP until all that time when: I finally had to contact Wells Fargo Corporate customer service to get even a response from my advisor, and finally that got them within minutes. My advisor even complained that I called Corporate customer service... but EVEN THEN he was still literally not responding at all to my concerns about illegal activity by email or even on the phone, so I closed my account. He told me to try talking to someone whose name isn't even listed on the account instead. It was a very unprofessional exchange during which my advisor tried making personal in an attempt to keep me with the bank--trying to talk about my family, starting to talk about expensive cars (I can't afford) in an attempt to lighten the mood (this missing money was intended for emergent health issues, NOT a fun topic for you to bring up!). BTW he did not even confirm who he was speaking with by last name, acct #, etc. just phone # i guess? In contrast, Corporate customer service and practically everywhere else asked me to confirm in multiple ways who I was even though I was logged in. WF Corporate walked me through my account's history and told me when and to what account the money went to, something Zoran would not do, "talk to X instead." An incredibly annoying, bizarre, unsafe way of dealing with tons of money. My advisor Zoran agreed to have the location close my joint account even after I confirmed that I had NOT discussed this with the other account holder, so joint-account holders beware!I was inspired to write an in-depth review after seeing another review on here by a "Darnell" who talked about a WF advisor not returning his email/calls, getting an attitude.
