Package arrived at this location on Monday. Has sat here for almost a week with no movement. This is my first time having a package go through this location and very disappointed with the carelessness. Package is days late at this point. Usually have no problems w USPS, however this location is not good.

All post offices are not very good and this one getting worse from time to time. ALWAYS long line with one window open. Some of them are rude.

The lady helping me at the front was super nice and patient with everyone even though the line was out the door. Super good experience overall.

I've never had an issue here. Mostly just drop off packages. I appreciate that the dropbox is always working, there are a lot of usps places that have it fill up and get locked, then you have to go on line. I did go on line once or twice for mailing things and the employees were always helpful and courteous.

My Pay check was sent through this location from my job. IN THE POSTOFFICE. Someone OPENED MY MAIL and took my check! The pay stub was found in the office and sent to me ripped open. With the stamp “found loose in mail” this is beyond unacceptable. I’m getting sick to my stomach that we are paying for this horrible dishonest branch of government. I have followed up with my employer and when they get all the details I’ll be coming for the employee who thinks it’s okay to steal from the mail!

I am using this post office over 6 yrs now, for domestic and international mail, never had I any problems - I have a po box there as well. Not sure about these negative reviews especially as someone wrote so badly about "new black girl" , that lady is a nicest lady ever, she even learned my name. When I come in I do not even have to say the # of my po box they already know. All of them are nice, and being nice to others goes a long way. If we try to understand that an individual who works there is a person too, and if we treat them the way we want to be treated we will all have a nicer experience.

Zero stars. I mailed two large envelopes, certified mail, return receipt from my local PO in the Bronx to an accounting firm in Melville.Unfortunately one of them had the correct street but incorrect building number on it but the other was correct.They went to the Melville PO the next day and then to CONNECTICUT!! One got delivered in 2 weeks the other was never returned to me. Lost!

It’s a joke...also i can’t review it as ZERO STARS! The only FIVE star reviews that this place gets is probably from the New Hires. I’ve lived at my residence for 15 yrs now on every occasion they are late with our packages. I absolutely dread seeing this post office on my tracking info. It’s like the kiss of death ☠️
