The lady helping me at the front was super nice and patient with everyone even though the line was out the door. Super good experience overall.

I've never had an issue here. Mostly just drop off packages. I appreciate that the dropbox is always working, there are a lot of usps places that have it fill up and get locked, then you have to go on line. I did go on line once or twice for mailing things and the employees were always helpful and courteous.
