They are unprofessional, we agreed with them to start on October for certain days for my daughter , and when we called to confirm everything in mid September, they told us that “they changed her days and that’s all what we have , and we don’t know who told you about this”. They changed the days for her without getting back to us, and the new days weren’t working for us . And they didn’t even try to fix their mistake.

This place is very nice! Clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. Love my son’s teachers who are always trying to help in any way they can!

My daughter has been going here for almost a year and we have loved it! I was very nervous about bringing her to daycare between COVID and some of the things you hear in the news but I have NEVER felt nervous about bringing her here. All of the staff are so friendly warm and welcoming and know each child very well. The facility is also extremely clean.The teachers and administration communicate so well with parents, even if there is a change in snack they let us know. I cannot recommend them enough, we love it!

Tutor time treated us so poorly in our search for a daycare. We toured six months prior to when we would need to start and were told there was absolutely space for our needed start date so we followed their directions for putting down the deposit. After our baby was born I followed up about the start date and was accused of not putting down the deposit and was informed we were removed from the waitlist and there was no openings until two months after we needed. The email exchanges were so cold it really made me feel this was not a place I would want my child. Also, it's next to a strip club.

I am very grateful to find this wonderful place for my son. The staff is very professional and caring. The place is clean and secure. The most important thing is that my son loves the school. Highly recommend it.

My daughter has been going her for almost 2 years now. The teachers are genuinely caring and nurituring. I believe that the reason my daughter is developing so well is in huge part to her time at Tutor Time. The facility is impecible. They have a huge emphais when it comes to here saftey. The app they use is so helpful and lets me know on a constant basis how and what my daughter is doing throughout the day. There always seems to be some sort of event or party going on that always encourages my family to takepart and visit her at "school". I have and will always recommend THIS Tutor Time to anyone whois look to give there kid a great start in life and a great foundation in their development.

Our son has been with Tutor Time Melville since they opened and we now have a second child who also attends. The school is fantastic in many regards and I am very happy with my kids care and development.

The BEST day care around!! I have 3 year old twins and like any parent you worry about your children's safety and overall well being while at day care. As a first time mom you find it extremely hard to find a provider that is willing to work with you and meet the needs of not only the children but the parent as well. When I walked in for my tour I felt very welcomed just like any parent should feel . I love how they have a stimulating curriculum which grows as my children grow for example music lessons, ASL (american sign language )just to name a few. The staff is AMAZING !! I love how they go through training throughout the year .Which made me feel more comfortable because my children have very bad asthma and I needed to know the staff was trained to handle them in case of emergency. What they eat also played a major part in my decision since no outside food was allowed.I needed to be sure they were eating healthy as well as made in a sterile facility. They also have precious status which gives me updates through out the day on my children, such as pictures, food they ate , activities they learned. My children love this day care ,especially summer time when it switches over to summer camp they get to play in the echo friendly spray park every morning. Overall this is the best day care and I highly Recommend it !!!!

My daughter has been at Tudor Time since she is 2 now she is 4 1/2 and in Pre-K. Tudor Time is a GREAT school with an AWESOME staff. Everyone is so helpful and ALWAYS smiling.

My kids have been going here since they opened. The teachers are very caring and nurturing and the staff are always there to help! We are very happy with the care and education our children are receiving.
