Stay away from this lender, run don't walk ! At first everything seemed perfect, then everything went downhill. Dean, Irina & Michelle was great to work with, they explained everything to us, but something took a wrong turn when John LoPresti got his hands on, fees started adding up by tens of thousands of dollars. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM !

10/10 would recommend. I worked with John LoPresti and Russell Silver on a mortgage for a home purchase. They were both EXTREMELY easy to communicate with, both via email and phone. They did not hesitate to contact me, even on weekends and after normal business hours. Buying a house can be stressful so dealing with people who are straight forward and available is critical. I truly appreciate all of the time and effort that they put into helping me during the loan process.

I am very thankful for Angel Cartagena and the help he gave me during the home buying process. It took a couple months to get our finances ready and he was extremely informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire time. My husband and I would like to acknowledge John LoPresti from Cardinal Financial Company who assisted us with buying our first home. Initially, we didn't know much about the process. John was so knowledgeable and made us feel more comfortable and educated. Everything went smoothly, and he found us the lowest possible interest rate. The service and personal attention that we received from John was exceptional and beyond our expectations! I'm glad we chose his services and would recommend him to anyone buying a home!

This is the second time I have had to refinance my house, I was helped both times by Peter Domingo. The first time, was a learning experience expedited and made easier by Peter. While the second time, was the best experience I have had in a process such as this. He has made the process faster, easier, and smoother, and for that I am very grateful. He was available whenever I needed him for any questions I might have, and was very patient while answering my extensive list. Would definitely recommend.

Cardinal Financial was great. My loan officer was Peter Domingo whom was amazing! Peter kept me informed every step of the way and kept me on track as well. Though I never met Peter in person we spoke on the phone numerous times and he was always a pleasure to deal with. He made the complicated process simple and as streamlined as possible. My entire process from start to closing was less than a month! Very happy customer! Thanks Peter!
