The location is clean with a prestine display of various prestige cosmetic products for women and men. It is easy to go in for one item and come out with a bag full. The staff are awesome, friendly, pleasant, and helpful, always greeting customers with a smile and offering knowledgeable conversation. They sometimes offer mystery grab bags, which are mostly worth it but can be disappointing, as the bag can appear big but contain a lot of wrapping paper, though it does include many samples. A Warehouse Pass, for sale on select Saturdays, also allows entry to the attached company store.

Good place to visit great deals on cosmetics but hard to find the tickets for the warehouse sale

This is hit or miss, and by invitation only unless you are an Estee Lauder employee. Sometimes, they have great deals. If you like a makeup line that was discontinued, like Becca, they have what is left here for purchase at a discount.

If you are able to get tickets it's really worth going.
