“I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have consistently received as a customer at your CUBESMART Location in the North Baylon location over the past few years.
Jeff, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently goes out of his way to ensure that every customer receives the assistance they need and is actively involved in managing the grounds.
I also want to commend the recent improvements to the facility. The repaved parking lot and the installation of new doors last year have significantly enhanced the experience. The doors open smoothly, and I've never had any issues with water or pests. As someone with a drive-up unit, I especially appreciate the well-lit parking lots and the security cameras on the buildings, which make me feel safe accessing my unit, even at night.
Although I haven't yet used the new automated entry system, it appears to be a valuable addition, and I appreciate Jeff's help in setting up my portal access.”
“WOW, Im AMAZED that I received this level of care from a storage unit company. It was INCREDIBLE. The lady who helped me out, Dawn I think was her name, she went above and beyond her Call of Duty and made sure we were VERY comfortable in leaving my relatives, who had to move in with us for health reasons, belongings there till we get an opportunity to pick everything up. I appreciate everything that was done for us here and will definitely recommend not only this location but the company as a whole to any and everybody I can who needs this service !!!”

“Great place. Staff is pretty good too. All and all excellent for a storage facility. It is in an interesting neighborhood between rich people and middle class. There's a shopping center right across the street. It's gated and you can use an app to unlock the gates to get in and out.”
