“Great service, i did not realize that my unit was on top and i had to use a step ladder. Was a bit freaked. They immed changed it for me, walked me around to find a unit that made me comfortable, ensured all the doors, elevators etc were good, even called me after to ensure all was ok.The place was immaculate! Smelled clean and fresh and the location was easy.5 plus stars!!”

“An employee, Matt, went to his manager to resolve a billing issue on my behalf. When I went to the office to pay, I was pleasantly surprised, and happy. Thanks to Matt, the issue had already been taken care of without me saying a word. Good customer service is rare nowadays. Matt went a bit above and beyond. I appreciate it. Thank you. The facility itself has always been clean, well lit, and a cart has always been available for use. I would recommend this storage facility.”

However, we arrived 2 mins before closing and Keila stayed with us after closing to assist. She was great, and didn't rush us or give us subpar service. The good reviews about her are true. Thank you again!”

“Keila of Public Storage Hicksville Long Island NY was always behind the counter whenever we went there and ready to help whether it was providing us a key to use a cart or giving us access to a bathroom or selling us boxes and packing supplies. Keila must never have a day off! She’s always there. Anyway, we would have given 5 stars as the storage place is neat and clean, except we just moved out a day into a new month and learned they won’t prorate per day and we’re going to get charged for another whole for a storage space that is empty!! Really? After 7 years of paying on time each month? Really? Hello, can someone at Public Storage Corporate office look into this matter, please?”
“I dealt with Danielle on a clean out. I went in to the Commack Location, & they are so different then the w47th Location in Manhattan, however Danielle was very Nice and Professional. I would Recommend anyone to Store their stuff at the Commack NY Location.

“WOW, Im AMAZED that I received this level of care from a storage unit company. It was INCREDIBLE. The lady who helped me out, Dawn I think was her name, she went above and beyond her Call of Duty and made sure we were VERY comfortable in leaving my relatives, who had to move in with us for health reasons, belongings there till we get an opportunity to pick everything up. I appreciate everything that was done for us here and will definitely recommend not only this location but the company as a whole to any and everybody I can who needs this service !!!”
