Initially I wasn't sure what to expect. I was a bit hesitant about sending $600 to someone I had never even met except over the phone and a web site, but it turned out to be money well spent and I'm super happy. Along with a 17-page analysis, Tom spent 35 minutes with me on the telephone. He answered all of my questions clearly, concisely, and in language I could understand, and he kindly offered to remain available in the future if other questions pop up. It was money well spent and gives me peace of mind that I can retire knowing what my social security income and my wife's survivor benefits will be.

Spoke with Norm Haug. He was very help full and took his time to answer my questions. He discussed options that I could do and what to be care full of. Norm emailed me a review of our conversation with info. If I have more questions I would discuss with Norm again.

Thomas was awesome. His report was thorough and helped me understand how the WEP will impact my benefits. Never getting answers from social security, all I had before were the WEP calculators provided on line. But having an expert look it over, I learned I'm in better shape than I had determined.

I had done lots of Social Security research prior to working with Thomas at RSSA but still had questions. He provided me with an excellent personalized Social Security Analysis. Of course, in our early 60's, when to "turn on" our Soc Security benefits was a hot topic of conversation between us and man of our peers. Everyone seemed to have a different understanding of how it all works. Working with Thomas Drapala of RSSA, we have a full explanation customized with our specific benefit options. We are having a great experience working with Thomas Drapala as our RSSA! He has been extremely kind, thoughtful, personable, and accommodating. He explains things well and has patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns. We can tell he and the company really care about the people they serve, and while they do sell their services we never felt like we were talking to a salesperson. We are normally do-it-yourselfers but we realized we were in over our head with this and we're so glad we reached out for help. This decision will pay for itself many times over!

At first I was not sure if the social security Advisors at RSSA were going to provide me with something that would help my wife and I with our Social Security decisions. After working with our advisor who created a personalized social security analysis for us, we were completely blown away at how little we actually knew! After spending 3 hours on hold with the local social security office and getting several different answers to the same question I knew I needed an expert and I couldn’t be more happy we found RSSA. The staff is very friendly and the fee was well worth the information, advice, and guidance we needed that would have cost us big time if we listened to the folks at the local social security office. Thank you RSSA for helping others with this complex program!

We had a consultation regarding Social Security benefits with Norm. Our situation is unusual, but he is very knowledgeable and answered most of our questions immediately. Regarding a couple of arcane issues, he said that he would do some quick homework and get back to us. We heard from him the same day with answers. I would highly recommend Norm as a fully qualified Social Security advisor.
