“I always ship my packages from this location. I have never had a problem. Great staff and Great service. Sometimes there is a line but, it goes quickly. There are plenty of parking spaces in the lot.”

With the highly aggressive competition from private firms with huge corporate funds, we appreciate that a taxpayer funded government institution is subject to budget cuts, and often local Post Offices are not given the manpower they require to keep up with the demand on their staff. “I came here 9/3/24 to apply for my first ever passport. the workers were helpful and attended to me quickly. I paid for regular routine service and received my passport in the mail 9/16/24 (less than 2 weeks non expedited!!) I then received my birth certificate in the mail 9/19/24. this was such an easy and quick process and I appreciate the workers at this post office who helped out!”

“Small Post Office and Understaffed it seems every time I go there. Which is fine...its OK. There is always an older women there with short hair. Positive attitude and pleasant no matter how ignorant, arrogant and/or inpatient people are. SHE IS THE MVP!Also I have had issues with packages in the past not getting there when they should as of lately (understandable consdering the times) and tacking information not being updated on the website. I call the store with tracking info and they go above and beyond calling plants to find out where the package is and calling me back with updates!Staff at this store A++++ lucky to call them my local/home PO.”
“I am beyond grateful for the outstanding service I received today. I was trying to send a package and I was struggling with getting the package ready and trying to care for my two little ones. It was becoming impossible. Just when I was about to give up and try a different day the women who were working saw me struggling and helped me right away. There were two women who came around the counter and brought out toys for my little ones , I believe their names were Careen and Jeanette. Jeanette helped entertain my little ones while another women named Hani got my package already to ship. There are no words to describe how incredibly thankful I am for the love that was shown today. They worked together as a team to lend a helping out to me. I will forever be grateful.”

“Who goes to post office anymore but sometimes you have to I’ve been here to drop aparcels for Amazon and mainly we’ve been here for the kids passports. The staff here was very friendly with us when they did the passport application. pictures always take time so you have to go through the pain of taking the pictures again and again and again, but They were very patient with us. My children are blind some of them and it is hard to position them for the passport pictures but these people were very cooperative and I’m very thankful to them.”

“One of my packages had gone missing, and I stopped by just four minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away! Instead, the manager went above and beyond. She took the time to open whatever she needed to and made sure I got the answers I was looking for. She was kind, professional, and incredibly determined to help. Thanks to her efforts, she was able to track down where the package was. It was then delivered to my house the next business day! It's not often you see that level of care and follow-through. assisted me. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was unable to locate the package and I was about to leave. But as I was pulling out, he actually ran outside to let me know it was just coming off of a mail truck they were unloading. He went above and beyond to make sure I was being helped and felt satisfied here. Fred deserves a huge raise!!”

“I've never had an issue here. Mostly just drop off packages. I appreciate that the dropbox is always working, there are a lot of usps places that have it fill up and get locked, then you have to go on line. I did go on line once or twice for mailing things and the employees were always helpful and courteous.”
