Wonderful customer service from Kevin and the fellas at the Melville location. Justifying the price of a pod can be determined by the spender however having good customer service always makes it worth it!

Kevin makes moving PODS look easy! We had a tight spot to negotiate and he did it with safety and finesse. Hats off to the manager who jumped in a truck to swap out the containers when a man called in sick. He is an asset to the local franchise and an invaluable force in the PODS universe. Give this man a raise for dedication alone.

Completely disappointed with how pods handled the cost dispute. I was told clearly that I would get half of the monthly rental cost if I return the container within 10 days. I returned the container within the timeframe and the company came up with other excuses to make it impossible to get the refund.
More importantly they sent me over to their dispute settlement team, who reviewed the case and told me I was not entitled to the refund……

So far, so good. Finally was able to allow delivery of my pod. The driveway was blocked when the first delivery was scheduled. It was very easy to reschedule, so now it's here. I'll update with the progress as time goes on.
