“EXCELLENT AT&T store, came in because the other store had added on things I didnt need and my bill was high - I asked to see the manager to fix the issue and she lowered my bill without wasting time, she used a translator app to explain to my wife in spanish about options to upgrade her iphone , i was really impressed because you dont see this level of customer service any more and she really went out of her way without selling us gimmicks, we are very happy to have visited this store”

He helped me choose a new phone, I told him what I was looking for l, he went through options with me and compared them to what I was getting now, and was never pushy, which I really appreciate. I then couldn't get the phone activated because I thought I knew what I was doing (I didn't!). Vijay helped me sort it out fast, with no issues. They were soooo nice & cheaper than Amazon btw...The phone arrived the next day & works exactly like it's supposed to lol...the right color etc... I love my new phone!! I hope I never have to buy another phone ever again lol but if I do, I'll be checking out Wireless Place first!! Thanks!!”
