They did a full service on my Omega that was running 30 seconds fast a day. It now runs within specification. They had it done in under 2 weeks. I recommend them for anyone needing any watch repair on any brand.

Horrible! Dropped off a Seiko MM SBBN033 for a crystal swap/battery change and pressure test. A week late I pick up the watch. I was told it failed the pressure test don’t bring it near water! I asked where, what failed, they tell me the crystal they just installed! Then told me they cracked the original one that was in there. When asked why they didnt call me to explain and provide other options to fix it they had no answer. So I left them with a perfectly working SBBN033 and they gave me one that is broken in return. Don’t waste your money here. WHO is lying ? A PROFESSIONAL would have contacted the customer.

Called about refinishing a watch. They had no knowledge of what the term even means. Before she hung up on me, she told me to go somewhere else. Be careful

Denied service. Called and asked if they can reset a keyless works on a 2836 movement. Pretty simple stuff. Refused because the movement was not inside of a watch. Odd

One of the few watchmakers in the U.S. who still repairs Bulova Accutron watches from the 1960s and '70s with the humming tuning fork movements. I've had them repair three of my Accutrons within the past year and they did great work, with turnaround of only a couple of weeks. Prices were very reasonable ($150 for the 214 and $200 for the 218s). If you own one of these watches, you know how difficult it is to find someone competent to repair them. Highly recommended!

I contacted J&J about servicing my Doxa Sub 1500T, as they were listed as an authorized service center for Doxa. I gave them an explanation of the issues I was having and sent them the watch. They contacted me back explaining that the watch needed a complete service, which was what I was told by another watchmaker that wanted to charge me $600.00 to overhaul the movement! J&J said it would take two weeks and cost $195!!! They were true to their word, and returned my watch that was running -11 secs a day to now running 0 secs!!! They did a minor re-brush/polish and it looks and runs great! I highly recommend them for your watch needs!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Took in a watch for repair and it came back with glue and fingerprints inside the dial, not to mention the case back was scratched. Horrible service with a rude owner.
