Evan adwar lied to us and said for two weeks he said he couldn't pull our credit but that was not the truth because Cross country would not do loan because he was not be truthful with them either. During this time they did 4 hard pull on our credit. Evan told us not pay car payments and mortgage because they paying off cars and they would get there money back after refinance but since we did not get approved they would pay our late now they don't answer phone and don't want to give refund. The owner Todd Adwar thought his weekend was more important handling this issue.

Buying our first home was anything but enjoying. Almost half way through the process the bank cancelled our loan and later was declined by 2 other lenders but thanks to Brendan and his collegues we were able to close to that very home 3 weeks later. He was on the phone with me every step way and assured me and my family that we will be ok. To this day I still rave about what a great experience I had. I would reccomend him and this team 1000 times.Keep up the phenominal work Brendan!

Kraig Smith loan officer with ICG was the best thing that ever happened to us during our home buying process ! His professionalism his hard work and dedication is definitely unmatched. I appreciate the fact that he was available to answer all questions and was both patient and kind through out the whole process! My husband and I could never thank you enough for all your hard work! The experience we had with ****** and the team he assembled for was unsurpassed!!! ****** promised if I took the steps he asked ,we would be in our very own home in less than a year. It took us 6 months to complete the entire process!! I would insist anyone I know looking for a professional , courteous & personal to call ****** and let him do what he does !!!

Me and my wife started in March to buy a house, we found a house, they accepted the offer, they charged us $600 dollars in appraisal, they gave us a limit until July 15 to make the closing, and this is the date that we have not yet closed, waiting for the commitment letter from the underwriter team and they not even give you a explanation to say what is happening. We lost our house because of the irresponsibility of these people who work in this institution. I do not recommend this institution to anyone. Now we have lost where we live because of them for having given us a closing date without having nothing safe working with these people means a lot of headache a lot of stress and anguish

We have been trying to reach this company forever to schedule a closing! If i could give 0 stars i would, not sure why the ratings are so good. I'm the seller and the buyer who is using this lender basically got ghosted!!! My agent, their agent, both side's lawyers have tried to reach this company to try and schedule a closing for next Friday July 29th.... nothing. This is all AFTER completing the entire process and receiving a commitment letter! Every phone number, loan officer, team member whose number the buyer was given just goes to voice-mail. Steven Bertone and Diane Fuschetti have been absolutely no help to their own client. How is it that every person is continuously unavailable and no one is available to return a phone call to their own client??!!! Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. This is not only a waste of our time, but especially a waste of the buyer's time and I feel horribly for her.

So glad we went with ICG. We pre-qualified with four different mortgage companies simultaneously and ***** with ICG was 10 times better than all the companies combined ***** and his team were so available, attentive, helpful, intuitive, and personable that there was literally no choice but to go with them. Not only did we enjoy our experience, as much as one can, but I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking to do business!!! We both are looking forward to utilizing ***** and his team again in the future...
