“Lots of products but we went to get a lawn mower that is advertised on their web site $269.00 but we were told that the two batteries and the charger did not come with the mower, after purchase all and the mower the total cost would be $800 plus.”
“A 36" door bottom sweep arrived damaged (shipped via UPS): the shipping container and door sweep were both bent. Quality Door & Hardware filed a claim with UPS and quickly shipped a replacement sweep, which was received in perfect condition. Excellent customer service.”

“This place is amazing! Because it's beautifully designed and organized. They have everything you can imagine (and more) yet doesn't appear cluttered. The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. When I first walked in, I felt like I had come from a time machine and was experiencing a store setup like they were in the past, in a small town. The staff was genuinely friendly and interested in my project.”

They don't point the finger to where something is, they go right to the spot and show you options!Yesterday I brought my chainsaw to see if they would help me put the jammed chain back to its place. “Very large local hardware store. Big parking lot. Store is fairly well merchandised but due to its size it seems kind of empty when you walk through it. One cashier, which was sufficient. A few employees on the floor to help find items. Large displays and case-cuts throughout. Very clean, well lighted space.”
“Unbelivable customer service. I went there for a thermostat and was not sure about the compatiability. So someone came to help me out and we spent almost 30 min to find a thermostat which supports line voltage. I was amazed by the patience and willingness to help. This is very hard to find these days. Highly recommended.”
“It's a pretty good local hardware store. It's not huge like the big chains, but they have a decent amount in stock for your regular household maintenance needs. They are pretty friendly and accommodating. I've used them for plumbing and hardware supplies, as well as tools. There is a rewards program and discount offers and you can order ahead for pickup or delivery.”
“One of the better and bigger Ace's I've been to in the area. Great selection with that bigger size as well. I had no issues finding the couple of things I've been looking for each time I've been so far. A little bit more expensive than your typical big box hardware stores around, but this one is not only convenient for the area but also staffs some good employees that were very polite and friendly. Plus shopping through a locally owned store feels a little bit better on the inside too. I write this in the dead of winter, but they seem to have a pretty robust garden center that I'll be eager to peruse once spring rolls around. Huge parking lot all around the building, no problem finding a space.”

I miss the wood creaky floor and the shelves filled with stuff your grandpa would take you to get to fix a leaky pipe in the kitchen . And the little boxes of screws and bolts.But the golden ticket was to see all the trains.. not just any train.. but Lionel and American flyer trains.If you need anything.. come here first.. support your local businesses.. I am always about that...”
