Disappointing all around. We ordered everything in the store with 2 employees putting in the order themselves.The day of the delivery we were given a 4 hour window. They showed up over an hour past the END of that window. They also had the wrong chair and no base for the umbrella. I had to call and they acted like I was dumb for not ordering the umbrella base. We had 2 of your guys complete the order, including the umbrella- we assumed they'd tell us if an additional part was needed. A week later the correct chair was supposed to arrive and I noticed in the delivery notification that it was the wrong color. My husband called and it was also the wrong chair .... again. A week later we finally got the correct chair. Never were we really offered an apology or anything to make up for the inconvenience and sort of ridiculousness of the whole thing. Not a good experience all around.

We ordered sectional seating and a fire pit today. Aiden Smith was the associate that helped us at the Melville location. Aiden was extremely helpful, professional, kind and knowledgeable. We appreciated the information he gave us without making us feel pressured or rushed. I can’t review the product yet since it be delivered for 4-6 weeks but the shopping was enjoyable thanks to Aiden.

The salesmen were great and very helpful. The delivery service was horrible. Our outdoor furniture was delivered in the rain and left in the packaging. Our couch cushions got water stains from sitting in the “watertight “ plastic. Once the men were scheduled to assemble the furniture they did not speak English at all. The assembled our table but left our couch and chairs covered in cardboard and plastic wrap. I told them the sectional couch was also part of it, so the unwrapped it and left while I went inside to get them a tip. When I came back outside the still left all the cardboard and plastic on the table chairs and didn’t assemble the couch. They just unwrapped it. We were told they had a “ white glove delivery service”, but that was clearly not the case at all! The drivers needed to come back for a third time to get the assembly correct.

Without question best experience of this kind ever! Submitted pictures of patio table & chairs damage and after review was approved for replacements. Delivery in a few weeks from now. Very impressed!

We had a great experience at Fortunoff Backyard Store in Melville on Route 110. Our sales associate was Bill and he was fantastic. No pressure to buy anything and he answered all of our questions. We ended up buying an outdoor patio dining set and a couch. Can't wait for it to be delivered. Highly recommend Fortunoff Backyard Store and, if you go, ask for Bill - he was excellent!

Went to the Melville location to see an outdoor sectional that was advertised on the website. Met with a friendly, knowledgeable associate Aiden. Answered all my questions and options for my delivery. Store was neat and clean. Had a positive experience there. Can’t wait to get my furniture it was exactly what I was looking for and was a great price.
