Every bouquet, centerpiece, and floral accent was beautifully crafted and perfectly matched our theme. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with incredible attention to detail. Flowers By Burton was a pleasure to work with—They listened carefully to our ideas and made excellent recommendations that took everything to the next level. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the flowers, and we are so grateful for the magic they added to our special day. Five stars, hands down!

We used Flowers by Burton for our wedding last month and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!! We received so many compliments from our guests on them!! Mike, the owner, was so helpful and was a pleasure to work with! They looked exactly as I pictured them! Thank you so much!!

I had had a prior positive experience with Flowers by Burton when my sister-in-law got married and used them for her wedding, so I knew I wanted to go with them for my wedding too. They are a family-owned shop and do great work! Some aspects I really like about their business model are that you can choose any flowers you like and a variety of them if you want, and that they will work with you if you want to make different pieces more personalized. So for example if you want the MOB and MOG corsages to be different/unique from each other, they will do it for you; everything can be very custom and personalized to each person involved in your special day, and I love that flexibility. My wedding party was small, so I only needed a bouquet for me and my MOH, and a few corsages/bouts for the guys and parents. I didn’t get flowers for the centerpieces, but I did have Burton’s provide some garlands for the ceremony. After my initial meeting with Burton’s to pick flowers for my wedding, I started to second guess some of the decisions I’d made and called them a few days later anxious and hoping to meet again to maybe change some things. They said no problem at all; we met again, made some changes, and I felt MUCH better about things. When the box arrived on the morning of my wedding I was blown away; my bouquet was better than I could’ve imagined! Everything was stunning, and the garlands matched my bouquet flowers and tied everything together beautifully. So happy I chose Burton’s and so appreciative of their willingness to work with me and make sure everything was right for my big day. Thank you, Burton’s! (I got my dress from them too; equally wonderful experience!)

Ended up working out but had issue with communication and direction in the beginning. Also asked to see a mock up and was sent a photo of something completely different from what I asked for. They also don’t really accommodate out of state brides. Everything needs to be delivered in person payment wise which is very hard for someone who lives out of state. Please update your policies and realize not everyone having a wedding on Long Island, lives on Long Island!

I had a great experience working with Flowers By Burton for my wedding on 8/16/24. They were so easy to work with and very flexible and accommodating. I loved how my flowers turned out, and received many compliments from family (including some who have worked in the flower industry) as well. They also seemed very reasonable compared to other florists without compromising quality or quantity. All of the centerpieces and bouquets were so beautiful and full. Overall, I am very happy with how everything turned out and I would definitely recommend them.

While in search of a florist for my wedding, I had been recommended by a few family members to select Flowers By Burton for my wedding needs. Our wedding took place in early August and we are so glad we made the decision to move forward with them. After sharing with them our vision on what kind of flowers and colors we wanted, they made our dreams turn into a reality. They did not disappoint! My bouquet and bridal party flowers came out so beautiful! See attached picture of my bouquet. They also delivered the flowers to my house on my wedding day in a timely manner which was super helpful. I would highly recommend Flowers By Burton to anyone for their flower needs!

I used Flowers by Burton for my October 2023 wedding and could not have been happier! We did not even bother to meet with any other florist after our first initial meeting with the Flowers by Burton team. Mike was extremely helpful and understood how to execute my vision perfectly. The flowers were delivered to the venue right on time and set up beautifully. I'd absolutely recommend Flowers by Burton to anyone looking for beautiful wedding day flowers, they're true professionals!

They completely messed up our floral arrangements for our kings table. Our kings table was supposed to be a statement and they left out 2/3rds of the floral arrangement, along with the candles we ordered and paid for. We reviewed our contract many times, so I don’t think it was an oversight or that they “forgot”. It truly looked horrible and was an embarrassment.
I’ve talked to other brides who have used Flowers By Burton and they have had a similar experience. Prices are good, but your floral vision will NOT come to life. I’m very disappointed.

We booked Flowers by Burton for our May 2024 wedding and were EXTREMELY happy with our experience. Flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. Delivery was seamless and everything was accounted for. Price was very fair even though my guests seemed to think I spared no expense … win win! The only thing I regret was not getting my bouquet preserved, that’s how pretty it was! Thank you Flowers by Burton!

We just used Burton’s for our wedding at The Fox Hollow. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous from the center pieces to the bouquets. Highly recommend!!!

I knew I wanted an all white wedding when it came to flowers, and Flowers by Burton definitely delivered. They were so easy to work with and really made my vision come true. I absolutely love orchids and everything from my bouquet to my aisle decorations to my table centerpieces were stunning and popping with orchids. We even worked with a underserved community to have our flowers picked up after our wedding and reused for a wedding the day after. Can’t recommend enough!

The best place hands down on Long Island for your flower needs. There’s a reason this is the premier florist, we met several vendors before choosing this one and it did not disappoint. Meticulously chosen flowers lasted all night and people took home the flowers and sent us photos of them in their home as they lasted longer then we expected. 5/5 stars highly recommend

I wish we had as great of an experience as others.. unfortunately, this vendor was our worst. From emails and calls, it seemed great. However, I don’t believe they expected my groom and his family to be Haitian. If you aren’t white, I’d be very hesitant with this vendor. Our first appointment seemed a bit odd, the vibe was off but we didn’t let that defer us. It wasn’t until the night before our wedding where it truly took a horrific turn. Burton knew we were an out of state couple. Our invoice was due eod, which online said 6pm and a lady called us to come around 530pm. Its near our venue, so we planned to drop it off at 5pm before our rehearsal. We got a call at 4pm by a man who seemed angry and came off so rude. He said everyone would leave at 430pm and if we didnt deliver the check, they wouldn’t deliver our flowers. As a bride, I instantly broke down in tears, so terrified at the thought. Our wonderful best man, the grooms brother, hopped in the car and drove off to deliver the cashiers check. We headed our own way to the venue. During the car ride, my groom decided to call off another phone to ask when they close, they said 530pm. When he said who he was, instantly the tone shifted and she said everyone would be gone within the next 15 minutes. Then she told us it would be our lucky day and she would stay till 5pm. Well at 4:56pm, our best man arrived. The entrance is a bit confusing, you have to enter through the back. He was frantic running around the front trying to get in. He saw them inside but they didnt let him in. They then called us, asked what he looked like, told us they had “seen a confused black man running around the front with a black mercedes.” Why didnt they let him in? They said they’d only wait one more minute. Luckily, he got in and handed over the check. I was at my rehearsal ceremony, crying all my make up off and having a panic attack. It ruined the night for me.
Come day of the wedding. My bouquet was placed in a box with all the other personals and my white flowers wilted and turned brown. Luckily and thank God, my aunt is a florist and was able to go swap the flowers out. She said she never in her profession left a bouquet out like that. She moved it to the fridge and kept it cool. Unfortunately, we did have group photos before my aunt arrived. So I am praying our photographer can edit the flowers white.
I provided two stars, as Mike over the email seemed nice, and our centerpieces were beautiful and lasted all night.
Mostly, the way my brother-in-law was treated, laughed at and disrespected, hurt me so much. I’m a white woman, I have never been treated this way or experienced this kind of prejudice. We are all wondering if they didn’t believe they’d be paid even though we had a cashiers check ready. I truly wish this would have been a better experience, it was a vendor that I was most excited for. We had met with other florists prior and if you’ve made it this far in the review, I plead with you to look at all of your options. This is your big day! All of the rest of our vendors were so incredibly helpful and kind that it made up for what occurred.
To the staff who we encountered, please do better. Communicate with eachother and be aware of what has already been told to your clients. Be kind and understanding, and don’t judge off of race. If your client has signed a contract, has a cashiers check, they will pay.

The floral arrangements for my wedding were everything that I wanted. I sent them some inspiration photos of what I wanted and they took those photos and made them even better! I was so worried about my flowers and they blew my expectations out of the water. We got so many compliments on the arrangements and I loved the color pops. They were so nice and accommodating, even when I changed my mind 10 different times. Would recommend to everyone!
