Absolute garbage company. Unloaded 7 large boxes into this location for them to tell me this is a ship center and they can’t do anything with my labels. No printing no help. Had to load back up and drive 15 mins down the road to another facility. What lazy employees to not offer customer service on a shipment that will be over $1000. Very disappointed.

Employees are all very helpful. Only complaint is sometimes it gets very busy especially during the last 45 min prior to closing time usually because some idiot walks in with 20 packages to ship and all of them are labeled wrong or something similar. Be prepared to wait if you arrive close to closing time which is 7pm m-f.

I've been coming to this FedEx for years and have never been treated as rudely as I have been today. There's an extremely rude and unprofessional employee at this location named Fred who had a disgruntled and condescending attitude from the moment I walked in. Very possibly because I am a visible brown man with a beard, I wouldn't be surprised to learn if Freddy has had other complaints lodged against him by people of color. Long story short, Freddy is a terrible representation to the FedEx company and to this location, which typically employs employees of higher caliber mannerisms. I already spoke to the manager but I wanted to formally write this review to mention another incident that occurred during this visit. After I left the location, I realized I had forgotten my box and tape on the counter, when I returned Freddy and colleagues were childishly snickering because they had thought it funny to dispose of my personal belongings in what looked like a trash bin in the back of the facility, even though I had only left the location less than 3 minutes ago. Safe to say, I will be returning to this location as I ship often and it is the only fedex in my area, however, I hope that Freddy has learned a little more self respect :)
