My insurance already fully paid a claim, but Eurofins has been sending me invoices for the same amount my insurance paid. Now I received a debt collection notice from a debt collector.

Being seen by a Dr in NY, he sent my blood test to this lab... in 02/26/2020 without my knowledge (well health system works like thata). Coming back home to GA by the end of March I got a bill from them and try to call them for a discount, didnt got a proper answer, so I sent a letter with supporting documents, that Inloose my job and lack of funds. They never reply, my mistake was not sending a certified letter, but I hoped they would be kind of honest like most labs. They weren't. I just got a letter from a collection agency dated on may 26th that my bill was passed with them. This is so unfair, I always wanted to pay to this lab, that's why I made calls and sent emails an letter that they never attended. And amid this crisis they just sent you to collection shortly. Why do they act like that? Is all this behavior permitted by law and ethics?

My bill was not filed with my insurance so I called for it to be corrected. Andrea helped me and she was SO wonderful and personable! She solved my problem in a very timely fashion!

WOW! Just got off the phone with Andrea, and I can't say enough of how grateful I am. I was not able to make a full payment of my bill and asked for a payment plan. Andrea only asked for about 30% of my bill and discounted the rest!! Thank you so much Andrea! You are amazing! I wish I could give you 10 stars!

Anyone who has anything bad to say about this company is just talking to the wrong person. I have never had customer service to make me feel genuinely happy once getting off the phone. Andrea was friendly from the start and helped the payment process beyond my expectations. Either I just got really lucky with such a wonderful person or this company knows what it means to run a business. Thank you Andrea! I am beyond impressed and thankful.

Surprisingly fantastic customer service! I work with medical billing departments a lot at work and know how awful they can be to deal with. John F made it super easy and was very prompt and responsive to my questions and helped me out with my bill.

Positively surprised by Eurofins' friendly approach and responsiveness of the employees. I faced an issue with my medical bill due to a typo in my address, but Andrea and Cheryl reacted promptly, accepted my discount claim and helped me substantially decrease the amount I was initially supposed to pay.
