My insurance already fully paid a claim, but Eurofins has been sending me invoices for the same amount my insurance paid. Now I received a debt collection notice from a debt collector.

My bill was not filed with my insurance so I called for it to be corrected. Andrea helped me and she was SO wonderful and personable! She solved my problem in a very timely fashion!

WOW! Just got off the phone with Andrea, and I can't say enough of how grateful I am. I was not able to make a full payment of my bill and asked for a payment plan. Andrea only asked for about 30% of my bill and discounted the rest!! Thank you so much Andrea! You are amazing! I wish I could give you 10 stars!
