Brought my bike in For deer issue. Everyone extremely friendly Brendan was extremely helpful and Fixed it while I waited about 10 minutes.will def be back.

returned items that were the wrong size. Scott at the register handled the return and reorder. It is very rare these days to find a young person that is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will go back to Dicks because of workers like Scott. very impressed.

Went in to buy sneakers for my teen. It was pretty busy with only 2 young men assisting customers. They both helped us, we decided to buy 2 pairs. They were helpful & courteous.Also, the young man named James at the register was very courteous as well.We will definitely come back to this location to shop again. :)
