Returning an item? Make sure it's less than 2 years old. We waited 30 minutes at customer service for a supervisor to tell us that the satisfaction guarantee policy doesn't apply to this item because we've had it for two years; therefore, we have been satisfied. Had to awkwardly plead my case until she reluctantly agreed. Please post this revised policy so everyone else knows. We rarely make returns. So stressful

I like Costco they have reasonable prices and delicious food especially at the food court, but I wish they had a gas station at my Costco .

The staff at this store are so rude. I was in line with my infant to buy a few things and use a coupon. I went to self checkout like I have done in the past to purchase my 2 items. When I asked for assistance Chris helping me at the self checkout was flippant and rude to me. He called over Sonny the supervisor who was even ruder to me berating me for trying to use a coupon and said “maybe you should read the sign?” I felt uncomfortable as a female alone with her infant. Bill a manager then came over and yelled at me to go to the regular line and walked away. They walk me over to a long line that I have to now wait on with my crying infant. Sonny then still had to come over so I can use the coupon. Such rude treatment and delaying me leaving the store when I have used coupons at the self checkout. I will not be returning to this store.

Over the last few months, the quality of the product has steadily declined. As an example, many fruits are cheaper than at a low-grade farm store, and their frozen salmon (3 pounds) now tastes bad and is soapy when it is washed. Try out their favorite hot dog now, it will no longer be the same. Having concerns about toxic chemicals, I have stopped purchasing fruits from Costco. However, I do purchase some items from Costco whenever I visit the store.

I am extremely upset because they refuse to have my brother check out my items. I cannot physically be there because I recently went through a procedure. They are telling him that I need to be there, I don’t understand why I pay for a membership and they are refusing to have my items checked out normally I go and buy my own grocery but I cannot physically be there. This is very frustrating and very inconvenient since I live in Franklin square and my brother only stopped in at Melville since he works in the area and needed to get a few things for me.

Love, Costco. They try to sell the best to their customers, and they have a lot of prep meals. Just stick it in the oven. It's really great for working family and the best part, they taste good.

Costco is Costco ? Always great selection of organic foods that I shop for. My kids love the books section. And no matter how unhealthy their pizza and hot dog is why we are there ?
On a side note: the lines are not that crazy compared to other locations. Always in and out if I have the list. Great for school year snack and lunch preps.

Place is busy and out of control!! Super big parking full to the max and sometimes you have to wait for 20 minutes or more for a spot!!! Walk in after returning something that we didn’t need and my friend was waiting on the side!!! We start walking to the food court and need to head to the bathroom and then use food court!!! The African-American lady with braided dreadlocks!!! Come yelling behind the counter and said I need to go back around and get a head count!?!? I been to a lot of Costco and I been a member since the first started and was called price club!!! U don’t need to be counted in after u return something and when u return something you already counted in??? I told we going to food court and I need to head to the bathroom and is it alright!?!? She yelled out and said I can’t stop you from going to the bathroom!!! We order some food!! And the line was super long!!! Only to workers!!! Had to wait long time for something we waited on line to order lol!!! I did order a drink online and it was ready in a minute lol!!! Had to ask for my friend Sunday 10 minutes later lol!!! PLACR IS A MAD HOUSE TODAY AND THE RUDE African-American LADY!!!!!

If I could give -5/5 stars I would!!!!!!!!! My family and I have been members of Costco for 20+ years. We go out of our way to do all of our shopping at Costco. I’ve been to this location a couple times, but today I had the worst experience ever. The manager at the cash register, Katrina is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She went out of her way to be condescending, and I don’t know if it was my name, my skin color, but for now I’ll just say she was one of the rudest people I have ever met regardless of reason. My father is recently handicapped, and has a Costco membership/Costco credit card. I have used this card for years to walk into Costco, as well as check out at the Costco registers. After spending two hours at this location, 30 minutes in line with people cutting each other, I was not able to check out because as soon as they saw a colored person, they begin checking if the membership card truly belongs to them. My last name And address fully match up to my father, which is on file for them to view. They did not let me check out and therefore, have lost $1000 of business every week. AGAIN IF YOU EVER SPEAK TO KATRINA BEWARE SHE IS RACIST AND CONDESCENDING. Rude place, never coming back.
