The leadership and team of CNB's Melville office is top notch. I came over from a bigger bank where I was just a number. At CNB everyone knows my name and they actually spend time talking to me. Every person there is knowledgeable and they work so well together as a team. The branch manager MS is promoting a culture of growth and knowledge. My banker JDO is always available to talk and makes me feel like I matter. My only concern is that MS and JDO will be promoted to bigger and better things because they are great, however, they have done such a great job of building a team that I know I'll always be in good hands. They never sell me, I just want to give them my business.
