I honestly have to say the Rep that you having working customer service named Ana, is one of the most unprofessional workers I have ever seen! I called in asking for assistance and Rep advised she could not help me and to speak with a branch manager. I then come into the office where I hear Ana speaking about me not knowing I was the customer on the line. She was rude, unprofessional, and honestly a reason why I would not bank with Chase! I then spoke with the manager which she was able to assist happily with a great attitude. The manager apologized but there was no response from Ana. Great training Chase

Great chase branch, good location, & easy parking. As the CEO of a fast growing business, a great bank relationship is key. Cristina Liranzo has been a pleasure to work with - she's so invested in helping when we have questions, she's a great communicator, and she's been a big help with helping us make decisions with growth capital, lines of credit, and credit cards. Nice location next to blackstone and blink. Good service, cd rates are lower than local banks so 1 star less for that.

I like the model that chase bank follows. Most of the branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. They cleaned out a lot of their old branches and ones that they took over from other banks. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the Chase branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. We use Chase where I work and I have personal accounts with them too. I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I suggest you stop by Chase if you're shopping for a bank.
