I, am their regular buyer. But suddenly they have increased MOA to 5000 $ which is n0t affordable for me and other buyers. I request to the management of the company to reconsider this policy. and make it easy for the buyers to make purchases.

Such a nice company. I call and say I would like to do business with them and I’d like to order now, CS gives me $5000 minimim order just because we are in e-commerce, which I can’t find that information anywhere in their website and she hangs up the phone on me. This only tells me that I’m glad I didn’t go forward with my order.

Dizaster! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!!They hang up on you every 10 seconds even when you are trying to ask them something they are so unprofessional and treat you like you are d**** Varum the guy that is working there was acting like a piece of s**** he was acting like a smart a****** I tried to ship back an order and they couldn't even try to explain to me how and what I should do. I called them 10 times so they can tell me how to do it what I should write on the box so they would know that I sent that. And that's not all they were laughing to my face like assholes. I have worked with so many companies and they are the number one WORST COMPANY to order from. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE LIKE ME.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

My only issue is that on their website they could do a better job at displaying the quantity being sold a lot better. I had to email them first just to clarify. Luckily I did because I thought they were selling a case of 6 for the price for certain items. Other than that I have received great service from these guys and my packages arrived quickly.

Terrible company. This has to be the lowest rung of "wholesale" possible. After having multiple problems from ordering (where they are extra particular about where they will ship your items. Can't ship to my warehouse, can't ship to my PO Box, Can't ship to my home, but they recommend that I set up a UPS box... wth?!!!) to receiving opened, crushed, poorly packed, spilled products... we decided that Bilo is simply not worth the hassle. We literally ask manufacturer's for a different distributor when they tell us they work with Bilo now, they are just THAT awful to work with.

The absolute definition of rip off. They have false advertisement on their website and let me and my business partners believe they were shipping us a large wholesale amount of products for a reasonable price ($500). Only when it arrived it was two things of every product we bought, 90 products arrived such as shampoos, hair products, and personal hygiene products (I was expecting more than 500 products because of what was displayed on their website, for example, they had "26 units" of Babys Johnson and Johnson shampoo and I selected getting 2 of these quantities, shockingly I literally only got two baby john johnson shampoos and the same for the rest of the products.). I don't know what lead this company believe that they can send 90 items for $500 like its okay or even sane?

No much issued faced during the purchase process. However, there is a gap that Bi-Lo needs to work on & that is the packing on the delivered goods. Refer to the picture below, more efforts can be done to pack / shrink-wrapped the cartons to ensure goods are secure properly to minimize the chances of them from damage / lost / getting wet during the ocean shipment.
