if you go to this location the bathroom door is jacked up
some ahole open the door while i was in there even tho he saw me go in there imagine your johnson in your hand to pass water and a person just come in what im saying is please fix the door

Sale signs are up but the sale is over. They are over, hoping you don't notice, and they charge you the higher price. Dishonest and scam worth. Stay away!

Guy here is overcharging people for large coffee. Be aware ! He will charge you for some thermo cup and you will swipe ur card and not even look.Didn’t realize until I saw my banking app and confronted him .

Extremely unsanitary. Second time going to this store and second time I was sold an item already opened. First was a coffee creamer from the refrigerator case (not the one for the self serve coffee) and the foil was ripped open. When I tried to return it after going to my car, the cashier took the item and put it in the self serve case. Again, an item I brought into the store and said was opened he put for others to drink. Today, a bottled Starbucks coffee I bought was missing past of the plastic seal and again, refused to take it back.

I won $ 200.00 on a scratch off. Cashier at 7-11 613 Broadhollow Rd. Melville would not give me cash and wanted me to take $ 200.00 in additional scratch offs. Took back my ticket and went somewhere else to cash in. I was not able to.The first cashier at this 7-11 had already marked it paid in the system. I immediately went back to him and loudly insisted on cash and he reluctantly gave me cash. I will never return to this location

I had to wait in the line to ask cashier for catchup and mustard for hot dog. He grabbed from behind and said to me that I will use to much that’s why they are hiding it behind the counter. Then they put extra charge $25 on my receipt. Pay attention what you’re paying for.

My son order mini tacos and got something rotten with a bad smell went back to get my money back they gave him a different order and then my son got food poison. Never again going to this nasty dirty place. Customers service is very rude to a kids. You need better training and if you don't like your job quit. Don't take your anger out on a kid.

The store is dirty compared to other 7-11s in the area. Floor is gross, soda machine is sticky. Although as I left today, someone was sweeping the parking lot. ?
