My husband ended up in the hospital & I'm on oxygen 24 x 7 and our delivery person is delivering my mail right to the front door. Kindest person I have met in such a long time.

My package was left in the road today because it didn’t fit in the mailbox. What happened to pulling in the driveway and putting a package on the front porch?! Horrible customer service. I miss our old Melrose carrier. She was always friendly and delivered packages where they were supposed to go.

Constantly delivers my packages to the wrong house. Houses are labeled and even and odd are on opposite sides of the street. This seems simple enough but escapes the delivery staff.

The woman I dealt with at this location was extremely snotty when asked a question about the price of stamps and seemed more interested in her phone than helping me. As I was leaving I decided to check my PO Box that I only recently opened and overheard her mocking me to another worker. If you’re going to trash talk your customers, you should probably make sure they’re not in earshot and if you’re attitude is that terrible maybe customer service isn’t for you.
