We went in just to casually look around Sam stopped in the middle of helping someone to offer assistance. We initially said we were just looking around he came and checked on us later. Very helpful we didn't feel rushed. Felt comfortable working with him and ended up buying a crossover from him. He is great and very knowledgeable and also very patient.

Great dealership bought multiple times from them easy to work with ,only issue is you buy a 95k truck you would think ford would give you a coffee mug or a t-shirt atleast ? but love the new truck.

Had a wonderful experience at Orleans Ford buying my 2024 Bronco Black Diamond. I worked with Sam as my salesman. He let me test drive all of the vehicles I was interested in and answered any questions I had. He also offered different options of leasing vs buying. I ultimately chose to purchase my Bronco and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the service I received from Sam and the rest of the Orleans Ford team!
