Visited your store located in Medina on Ridge Road. . Cashier Young male, long, dark hair early 20s was rude, ignorant and zero Communication skills. Tossed my items in the bag with no care, and snatched my money. I wanted to say I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but don’t have to take it out on customers. That would be last time I visit that location. If he doesn’t like people why is he in customer service.

I think they’re a terrible corporation that peddles terrible products. They are sucking local economies dry and do little to help the communities they are in. They are shoddily built stores that rapidly fall apart with very little oversight. Great people work in these stores, but the directives handed down from corporate are ridiculous and terrible. They care not about their own workers. Nor for their communities. Only reaping what profits they can out of struggling communities. Terrible. .5/5 would not recommend.

The staff was nice and helpful and even though some customers were rude they continued to provide great customer service. Even with aisles cluttered with boxes they are trying to keep shelves stocked to support the demand.

This dollar general is by far the worst employed establishment I've ever been toThey accuse you of anything in the third then when they find out they were wrong they don't apologize nor erase the pics off there phone where they tried to embarrass you publicly

It really doesn't matter which DG I go to. I pretty much like them all. I know what they are about so I keep my expectations in check. I just wish they had the DG grocery stores like they do in Louisville.
