Quality, Customers and Values are Not Important to this business.
They Do NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS or COMMUNITY! There Corporates HAVE No Respect for the residents in the community At ALL.
They No Longer Offer you the $5 Off of $25. The New Regional Manager came in to the Medina Store For The First time and threw it away (in front of customers) the $5 barcode for $5 off of $25 that often people in Our Community need and often use. The Elderly often need this since so many about %80 are on fixed income.
The Regional and New Store Manager know this. They Do Not Care!
Behind the scenes there seems to be backstabbing among Managers( if you don't sleep with vendors or shoot up or sniff with others you can't stay)(SAD)
No more self check-out. They will pay for another employee to stand over you when you check out(but to actually help you).

Remodel looks better. But when I got to the register, the self check out was card only and the actual register was cash only. I refuse to use these self check outs, I only had my card, so I set everything down and walked out.

Customers are not the most important priority. Cashiers will mess around with other things and make customers wait. Taking out their phones, other jobs, or stop in the middle of cashing out and leave their station to talk with another employee...the carts are in horrible condition!!!!! Watched 2 customers try and pull any of them apart, they are always stuck together due to the condition they're in...too cluttered near the enterance/cash out area, no where to stand or form a line, so everyone is being squished together or being forced to get out of line to let anyone get in or leaving the store.

Lots of stuff to browse through but this store is usually a chaotic, disorganized mess. This is our last choice for the "dollar stores" locally
