“I had a problem with my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and with two major dealerships in Medina that could not solve or diagnose the problem and with $2,000 in repairs that did not solve the problem and then a third-party mechanic who did the exact same work and still nothing but problems and reduced engine power. So after 2 and 1/2 to 3 years of miserable service is and misdiagnosis I took it to Automotive solutions for a change of pace and John and his men had it diagnosed within a few hours and fixed the problem with a simple ground lead that was broken to the solenoid and the truck runs like a champ. Needless to say they now have a new customer”

“I have no idea why google is asking me for an opinion. All I did was call Fearby's because they have a good reputation. The shop was closed so I couldn't make an appointment...oh, wait! Now I know why google is asking me! It's because they track my every move--phone calls, what sites I visit...I can't even look at a website to see what their products and prices are without immediately afterword being bombarded with ads for that website! From now on I'm going to try to remember to go incognito!”
“My son in law had a recall on his car and had a bad experience there at first getting it fix. Then Hartway turned it around and gave him a loaner while they corrected the problem. This was a fantastic turnaround and they were accommodating and understanding that he doesn’t live local and needed it corrected before he left for active duty in the Airforce. I so appreciate you making this a good experience for him and getting his car ready just in time for him to head for training. Thanks again for your kindness and making it right! “I’ve been going to Monro for a few years now, and after some car trouble this past week, I just wanted to leave a review!
We’ve had our car looked at several times for an issue, and no one could figure out what was going on. This past week, the issue got a lot worse, and Kim made sure we got an appointment right away. Ian, their lead technician, took a look and figured out the issue immediately! Luckily, it was fixable, and we were able to get our car repaired by the next day.
Kim has done a great job as the new manager, and her efforts do not go unnoticed. I’m very happy with the service they provide!”
