Horrible customer service they never delivered the medication for 2 days even though they said they were going to deliver it at 7pm and I had to pick up the medicine for my boy myself they pick up the phone and make you wait definitely not recommended

The absolute worst. They let prescriptions sit for days until you call them. They had me listed under a completely different insurance than I gave them and tried to bill me a copay I wasn't responsible for paying. It's actually painful interacting with them. Save yourself the trouble.

I am amazed at the transformation here and I am quite please. They actually have a Client or Customer Servicee VP for about a year that takes care of business. I work in Group Home industry and it is really important to have communication and service
