This pharmacy is garbage!!!!! My vet wrote my dog a script literally this morning and when I went to pick it up they said they couldn’t release it without confirming with the vet. The last time we picked up the medicine they didn’t have to confirm with the vet. She said “we can call them Monday because we’re closing soon” (it was only 3:30 when I went to pick it up and I’m pretty sure they don’t close the pharmacy until 6) which is just unacceptable. I told her no we’ll call now because my dog is out of the medicine and is in a whole lot of pain without them. They made no exception to release the medicine to me and now my dog will have to suffer for two days without it. I basically begged her but she said it’s ultimately the pharmacist’s decision and the pharmacist she was referring to wouldn’t even bother to look at me or speak to me. So heartless. I’ll make sure to never come here again.

If you are looking to get a vaccine pick another pharmacy or Walgreens. After having appointments for both a Shingles and Hep B vaccine when we arrived we were informed that they did not have enough Shingles vaccines and we need to have the vaccine done at another Walgreens. We still decided to have the Hep B vaccines at the Walgreens and waited but while we were in the vaccine area someone that just walked in and did not have an appointment was able to come in and be seen and vaccinated before 3 others that had filled out the necessary paperwork and had appointments. And even after quietly pointing that out and calling the store to get a clearer understanding of what happened it was dismissed and no sufficient resolution or apology was given. I will never use this pharmacy again for any prescriptions or vaccines. The pharmacist giving the vaccines also doesn’t have the best attitude either. Not friendly or nice at all. And was a similar experience back in November with the 1st Shingles vaccine but I just gave her a pass and figured she was having a bad day. Definitely need to do a better job!

Today I visited this Walgreens, I’ve been to this store on multiple occasions and I’ve never been excited about the customer service. They usually seem like they just hate the place they workToday I entered the store with my rambunctious 4 year old grandson. I went to the photo counter and waited patiently for a bit. There was one cashier. Being that I was the only other customer up front I figured I would be helped next? Not asking too much I thoughtAnother customer came to the register and started check out. Another cashier then came to the front registers. Talked with the other employee helping the customer, then proceeded to log into the next registerAt this point I am wondering if I am invisible? Can’t be with this 4 year old jumping and talking loudly in the store. The second cashier logged into his computer and started to help the next young lady that approached the counter. She looked back at me with a face that said do they not see you there? At this point I am aggravated, and spoke up to ask excuse me can someone help me?The young man in the blue shirt with no name tag shrugged me off with a mutter of a “yeah I will call someone” and continued to check out the lady who I watched from the photo counter walk into the store. I am sorry young man your day is not great, now thanks neither is my experience. Did he speak when I walked past him and out the store? No, have a nice day to you too! I am sorry this is unacceptable behavior. Be respectful of your customers, your elders and the grandmas of the world.

The workers in the store are so nice and always offering help. However, the store is so hot especially in the summer. I feel bad that the workers have to endure such horrid conditions. Other Walgreens locations have working AC unlike this store. I’d rather drive to a further store just for the AC.

Had a wonderful experience with my recent trip to this store. The employees were very courteous and knowledgeable of the products that they sell. Brittany helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a kind and enthusiastic manner. Would definitely visit again!

I brought my film camera here to be developed. After I picked up I noticed there were only 22 pictures from my anniversary instead of 27. I reached out to see if they could be returned to me and got no response about it

The pharmacy staff is very slow. They are very useless. They don’t know anything about customer service. Absolutely disappointed.

I’ve been getting all my vaccinations from Walgreens. They are quick, efficient, friendly and professional. No long lines. Vaccines appointments are on time.

The store's parking lot and property perimeter is disgusting and not maintained. There is trash all over the property specially around the fence perimeter. Living next door to this property is not fun. I complained a couple of years ago about dirty diapers laying on their sidewalk (west side of building). They diapers were there for two weeks. When I made them aware they blamed it on the landscapers. If I was the manger I would make sure when workers had an opportunity that they go outside and clean up. Or hire someone to do it. They sell tens of thousands of dollars in prescriptions each week. They can afford it. I sent pictures to corporate last year and didn't receive a response. This is a big problem with many of the businesses on route 112 in Medford. Hardly anyone cares. Most of the businesses haven't cleaned their property in months some even years. Sideways are still even littered with debris from storm that happened five months ago.

Just came from this Walgreens and I have to say. ... kudos!! So many places I have gone to could care less about social distancing and wearing a mask properly. I went in for Bio-freeze patches (if you ever have a sprained muscle, get these.... they work wonders) I went up to the pharmacy counter asked if they sold face masks like she had on. She not only told me yes, but gave me explicit directions where in the store they were. As I went there, passed another employee who moved over to allow me to pass. ..social distancing. Found the masks. To thrilled! Every single employee today treated me with kindness and respect. Respect as to acknowledge this pandemic and properly handle it by WHO and other municipalities requirements. So Kellie Ann.... you're wrong!

The pharmacy staff are very impatient and not very friendly anymore, I have been going here for 20 years and I am seriously considering changing my pharmacy due to the current attitude. I understand that things are stressful right now, but you don't take it out on customers who are also vulnerable right now, it's hard to get Dr. appointments and ask for refills so we also deserve kindness and patience from someone who serves our needs as long as we treat them with kindness we deserve kindness back. They used to be awesome and I felt safe because I got every single prescription with them so I knew they would catch any prescriptions that would react negatively with others but now I feel like I am bothering them because it's hard to get refills now. I just asked if they could call my doctor for me because his main office has been closed but we have done televisits but I still don't get my prescriptions and she snapped at me and said there is a pandemic going on,
