Got my new Galaxy 23 Ultra at this store. Ed greeted me warmly as I arrived and walked me through the whole process easily and seamlessly. Both agents in the store were friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the products. Ed made me feel like I was sitting at my kitchen table with my family. The phone is great but your agents were greater. Ed is a tremendous asset to your company and should be treated as such. Thanks, Ed, for a great experience (especially compared to the negative experience in Selden, Middle Country Road).

Medford is by far best Verizon location in Suffolk County. David R. Is professional knowledgeable and looked to save me money. Purchased a new phone for me and my daughter got the brand new iPhone couldn’t be happier with my buying experience.Ask for David Rosenthal to get the utmost in customer service

After spending 15 minutes on the phone with a technical support person she was unable to resolve the issue. Totally frustrated I walked into a Verizon store in Medford and Edward Brown helped me in under a minute Great job !!!!!
