Why is it impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at this location? I’m trying to get an iPhone this weekend and have a few questions yet it might be easier to find one on the ground before anyone actually picks up a ringing phone at a retail store? Besides electronics I tried every single department, no one answers? Not even guest services?? Zero stars.. ??????

I was making a larger purchase at the check out line and my cashier, Aswathy, went above and beyond! She helped download the target app, helped me set up my account, helped me find coupons for any items I had and overall just really took the extra step helping me save money. She did not have to do that, thank you Aswathy!!!

My family visits Target quite frequently. My 3 year old son has always enjoyed going to "the red store" since he was old enough to let us know. Typically, we go a little further to stop at the Target in Sayville. This is because the Medford Target is just not a pleasant place to shop.
I get it - this can be an entry level job for many employees, but it seems like every single employee in this store is just plain miserable. That aside, I was actually prompted to leave a review based on my experience yesterday 4/25/24. I'm not sure if the staff in the Ulta section are employed by Target, but the employee with whom I interacted with yesterday was unbelievably curt. I frequently purchase my makeup from the Ulta section within Target, again because we shop here so often that it's most convenient for me. It's not uncommon to spend $100 on 2-4 items in this subsection of the store. Just like every other trip, I walked in and directly to the items I needed. I grabbed both of them, thanked the employee who who had been hovering in the aisle, and went to carry on with my shopping trip. She stepped in front of me and asked, "Cash or card?" I was taken aback and responded that I have historically paid at the end, once I've finished shopping. She was very curt and said, "No. You can pay now."
I was put off, left my items at the desk and said I'd return when I was done shopping. When I walked back around, she had put the items back.
I understand if this is something new to assist with loss prevention. I wouldn't have had an issue paying then and again at the end, but I did have a major issue with her insinuation and her attitude.
I've seen a number of reviews regarding discrimination towards POC at this Target. While I am white passing, the rest of my family is clearly Hispanic. I can't say whether this was prejudicial in nature or not, but it was certainly uncalled for and quite frustrating.

When making a purchase at a cashier with cash you must give your phone number. I checked with customer service and she confirmed that is indeed their policy. That is ridiculous policy for a 5 dollar purchase.

This is a big store with plenty of parking. Conviently off the expressway. The store was clean and lot's of new merchandise is being packed out. They have a CVS on premise and a Disney section. The Easter selection is throughout the store. Everything you need in one place. Only complaint was the self checkout. Tap and wallet were not working.

This is probably the worst target that I've ever been into. The carts are all randomly not even arranged in front of the store. Many items were empty and I'm stuck with out most of the things I came for. Other items were on the wrong shelf so when I went to pay it was the wrong item that I grabbed. That when I went back and grab the correct item it was the wrong price because obviously that was on the wrong shelf too. I understand merchandise shortages happen, but there's no reason that the store should be such a mess and merchandise should not be where it belongs

Great as all other locations. Shelves are stacked nicely with merchandise.The best thing I like about this one is easy access to and from I-495.
